Doctor Shih is an amazing orthodontist! Before visiting his clinic, I followed his and his team's work on Instagram for a long time (by the way, sometimes you can see and understand much more there than through Google reviews, although they are also incredibly important!). I really liked his work, so I decided to have a consultation with him, and then undergo treatment with braces. It's been 7 months since I got the braces installed, and I am so satisfied with the results, they're amazing! The atmosphere in the clinic is really cool!Everyone is friendly, very pleasant, and also understanding and knowledgeable! I'm very happy to be their client, and I definitely know where I'll take my children🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

The best Orthodontist in Jacksonville / St. John’s county. I’ve had braces for over 10 years and paid them off 3 times because I moved three places and Orthodontist don’t talk to each other. This place took me in after the pandemic and took care of me. Jessica at the front desk was so empathetic and supported me with my plan - I am now about to complete my last payment and take off my braces in 4 weeks! I and so grateful! Jacksonville Modern Orthodontist is not only a great Ortho but builds the best experience for each of their patience. After hearing great reviews and receiving some recommendations I am over the moon with my decision to start my child’s braces experience with this orthodontist. The employees are phenomenal, always there for any questions or concerns that we might have including payment plans. The Doctor is very kind and personable. He’s provided us with a plan and understanding of what to expect over the next few months/years.

I had a great experience with the folks over here. Dr. Shih and his supporting staff do a stellar job providing top notch care. They were able to work with me when some unexpected life events happened that disrupted my care.I am so happy with the way that my teeth look now! Super happy I was referred here! The girls are amazing and so sweet! I even got a rose on Mother’s Day! The process of getting my braces was extremely smooth and the doctor was awesome! So happy!Adding a year later that Dr. Shih has an awesome spotify playlist LOL. Also adding that my experience this past year has been great! My teeth are already so different its amazing. Love the staff and I'm always happy when I leave my adjustments!

This is THE best orthodontics office in the Jacksonville area.Initially, I had a serious underbite developing and after seeing 3 specialists I was told that I would need advance jaw surgery. Considering the amount of money that I would need and the time off from work I simply could not afford it. I then came to this office and the doc told me right away it could be fixed with no issues. 6 months into the process and my teeth are now corrected with no apparent underbite. I'm telling you the doc performs miracles! The office is modern and comfortable with a friendly staff who never forgets your name. You must come here for a consultation!
