Archway Endodontics truly understands the value of their patients. As an autistic adult who struggles with basic tasks, Dr. Judd and his staff made every effort to accommodate my needs and did. They were extremely patient, polite and kind. Every time I called someone answered the phone. Every concern I had was met with a level of compassionate care i wish more medical offices exhibited. And to top it all off, this place cured me of months of pain!! If you’re neurodiverse- Archway should be your go to!!

A+ Experience in every regard! Aimee and Kylie were so kind and efficient. I had a great estimation of cost before my appointment. The office environment is calm and professional. Dr. Judd's assistant, Sammi, explained every step along the way in a way that made perfect sense and kept me at ease. From the evaluation, through the anesthesia procedure, and the root canal steps, everything went smoothly andDr. Judd's expertise was evident. Dr. Judd and his team did an excellent job of taking care of me, communicating expectations, both in follow up and in estimate of cost. They were able to fit me in and work around my schedule. The office is friendly and personable even though I was scared and anxious to have a procedure done I was in no pain and it was always reassured so I always felt safe.

Dr. Judd's dental assistant, Sammi, and all of the receptionists made my experience at Archway Endodontics. The most important thing you can and should experience in any health care provider's office is trust. While I can't speak to the other assistants, Sammi was kind, funny, compassionate, and made the experience of having a root canal far less scary. She took outstanding initiative to ensure I was comfortable, both physically and emotionally, whether that be calling time outs during the procedure, advocating for more anesthetics, and helping me manage pain post operation. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Archway Endodontics. This is the type of health care people should experience. Nurses, Techs, and Assistants are what keep the Health Care field together--she certainly proved that to me today.

Natalie at the front desk, and Sammi the dental assistant were fantastic!! Dr. Judd was amazing as well! I was so nervous getting a root canal done and they made sure I felt ok and the procedure was done so quick! They explain everything perfect to you so you know what’s going on. I would recommend anyone to go here. Everyone here is sooooo sweet and polite. And they gave me Ted Drewes ice cream after I was finished <3 10/10 this is the best place ever!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Dr Judd and his staff at Archway Endodontics. I recently had an endodontic procedure at Archway; my experience was excellent. Dr Judd and his staff were all skilled, courteous, and compassionate. Not to mention the Ted Drew’s that they give you after the procedure to take home!!! This was quick and easy restoration root canal for me at least.Sofia was so helpful making me feel comfortable along with the other staff, and of course the doctor. I didn’t have a typical referral, but I heard good things about this place asked my potential orthodontist if he knew anyone…On my consult the doctor ran through the process and the possibilities of what could happen with my particular case. They asked me when I would like to do it and they got me in the next week. Not to mention I left with a treat lol

I had my very first experience with a root canal a week ago at Archway Endodontics. The staff was kind and friendly, especially Natalie and Sophia who I worked with the most, and of course Dr Rudd. They were supportive of and really listened to my concerns and put me at ease. They followed up the next day and made sure that I was following the pain relief regimen. The only issue that I had was a lovely bruised cheek from the Novocain that I was not expecting. Overall, it was a really good and necessary experience.

I was nervous about getting another root canal due to a bad experience at another office.Dr Judd and his Archway staff took good care of me and made sure my experience was painless. They followed up the next day to check on how I was feeling and whether i had any questions or concerns.Archway Endodontics is an excellent place to go for dental work.

Dr. Judd and his team are fantastic! Five stars! I had to have a root canal and was referred by a friend. She highly recommended them and knowing we both have the same anxiety about dentistry in general, I took her advice and went to Dr. Judd. He did an amazing job explaining how the procedure would go and along the way he and staff consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable. I felt no pain during and NO pain after! I honestly only had a tiny bit of sore jaw but that was gone in a day. I highly recommend Archway Endodontics!
