Having wisdom teeth removed is not fun but I would definitely recommend having it done here! The staff is very friendly, the oral surgeon made things more relaxed for sure and they go over everything very well and sedated me as well which I wanted. It went way better than I thought it would and I would go here again if I needed to. It was also cheaper than I thought it would be but I only had 2 teeth removed and I had insurance so that probably depends on the circumstance but I was personally pleasantly surprised!

Dr. Bradshaw thank you for taking such good care of my girl! You did an amazing job with my 13 year old daughter. All the reviews about you and the practice are true and more. The office staff was very helpful with explaining everything from pricing, after treatment care, and follow up appointments. My daughter had an uncommon procedure that needed to be done. I did a lot of research to find a provider that I could trust and I'm happy that I found Dr. Bradshaw and Omfs.Thank you all from the bottom of one worried mothers hart.

Doctor Urbanek and the staff at Midwest are the best! I’ve had more than a few surgeries in my life but never a better surgeon! I’ll never go anywhere else again! I had a great experience! Doctor Backer and staff were great. All were extremely kind and professional.They also provided written post-procedure instructions that were very helpful and easy to follow.

From the very beginning of my appointment until my surgery was complete, I felt like the staff was quick, efficient, and did very well for me. They took care of providing me with my own care afterwards too.The most impressive for me was the surgeon corrected the notion that I would be losing teeth.

We went to the south county office after having a terrible experience with another surgeon. We met Dr. Bradshaw prior to the surgery, she explained everything in great detail, including the worst case scenario, and then also answered questions about other dental issues that we weren't being seen for today. The staff was amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing and you didn't feel rushed. I would recommend Dr. Bradshaw and the staff at the south county office to anyone!! Thank you so much!!

I had an amazing experience during my visit for my wisdom teeth extraction! Honestly speaking, I was more than impressed with my visit today. While I was INCREDIBLY nervous beforehand, Dr. Bradshaw showed me compassion and understanding for my situation. I felt embarrassed being so scared for a simple procedure, but she understood me, took the time to listen, gave very clear explanations about the procedure, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my time there. All the staff were very considerate as well, especially one of the nurses named Rhonda!! She was very personable and made sure me and my ride were fully aware of the after-care. I have so much appreciation for Dr. Bradshaw, Rhonda, and the entire team there. I would HIGHLY recommend this Midwest Oral location to anyone and everyone! Dr. Backer as well as the dental hygienist cannot be more highly spoken of. Dr. Backer explains every detail and has you explain everything back to him to ensure you are aware of what he will be doing during your visit. He and the Dental Hygienist have the most amazing bedside manners and answer every question to you down to earth and if they don’t have an answer they find someone quickly to get the answer. My Dental Hygienist has only been doing this he said for about a year and I’m an extremely hard person to get and IV on after having breast cancer and only being able to use one arm and on most occasions the professionals have to use an ultrasound to get an IV in but he was able to get mine after one stick I was very impressed. But I will also praise the front office staff. They couldn’t be more sweeter people if they tried. Everyone full of smiles and very helpful. They always look busy but never to busy to stop what they are doing to come to the window to assist a patient. Thank you so much for my 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!!! If I could’ve given more I would’ve!!!!

Dr Backer was so compassionate with my 88 year old mother who needed to have two teeth extracted. He provided her with 4 options following the extraction after she has healed. She was very nervous about the procedure and the doctor and his staff explained the procedure very well! The post-op instructions were reviewed with us verbally. We had them to refer to when we got her home.

What separates one oral surgeon from another? One that views each patient as a human. Every patient is different. Our 16 year old needed his wisdom teeth removed and has a Neuromuscular disease called SMA. Dr. Baxter and his team ensured they coordinated our son's care with his Neuromuscular doctor and received all the information necessary before our son was even approved to have his wisdom teeth removed. He took the time and adjusted as needed for our son. Thank you!
