Dr. First and her team are some of the most caring people I have ever met. When I come into the office, I always know I am in solid hands and hearts.When I found I had sleep apnea, they sat me down and helped find a solution that was reasonable and life changing. I cannot be more proud of Dr. First and her team for going above and beyond in securing their patients health.

I have been a patient at Smiles by Choice for over 15 years. Over these years, I've had a range of treatments and have been pleased and satisfied with each one. The office environment is warm and pleasant with friendly professional staff. I strongly recommend Smiles by Choice to anyone seeking dental care. Also, I personally, have never had a painful appointment!

I come to Dr. First and Dr. Timm's office regularly for normal cleanings and today I brought my 4th grade son. Everybody was so kind to him and were very communicative and helpful to him, explaining what the different things were and respecting his concern about the different tools. Everything was great and we'll certainly be back again.

Dr Louise First and her team are the best. I've always been afraid of dentists but this team takes such awesome care of me and my family I completely trust them. They are in Westport Plaza, we lived in Bellefointe Neighbors and now live in Wentzville, they are worth the drive. If you are looking for a new dentist give them a call, you won't regret it.

I've had Louise for over 30 years. Our daughter's even went to High school together at IWA. Christa has been my hygienist for that long as well! The staff, MaryJo, Joyce etc. have always been so very nice and professional! Love ❤ coming here! Have recommended friends and family to Dr. First! I always look forward to seeing them twice a year!

My experience today was exceptional! I was immediately greeted with warmth and a smile. Mary Jo came out into the lobby and graciously showed me where coffee , water etc was located, explained paper work to me. The young lady who assisted me to the exam room was great ( I forgot her name, shame on me) Dr. Timm even helped with the X-Rays. Dr. First was/is amazing, so amicable!!! So knowledgeable. While my finding were not exactly what I anticipated, with their finesse all arrangements were made. I am very Thankful my Daughter recommended Dr. First to me. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone in need of Dental services!!

I have been seeing Dr. First as my dentist for more than 10 years. She invests in the latest technology and excellent hygienists to ensure her patients receive the best care. Her team is thorough, careful, and the most painless out of all my prior dentists. She treats patients as if they were family and won't recommend treatment that isn't needed and holds the insurance companies accountable when they recommend treatment that isn't in the best interest of the patient. Highly recommend!

Saw Doctor Timm today for a routine cleaning. He was very easy going and very informative. The hygienist lady was super awesome. This time I had Linda but have had Christa, and Janice in the past. Everyone is super nice and very nice. I feel very well taken care of. The front desk ladies are always exceptionally caring and very patient. So happy to find such a great team!

I have been to several dentists over the years and enjoy going to Dr First. One of my main reasons is that she provides for the sleep dentistry appliance or snore guard or that thing that makes it easier for my wife to sleep next to me. I have been using it for close to a year now and i sleep better and the wife sleeps better. I have also had a crown by DrFirst and it fit right the first time with very little adjustments. I would highly recommend her and her talented office staff. There are many dentist to chose from in the STL area and she is one of the best that i have gone to and look forward to seeing again.
