Bay Center for Oral and Implant Surgery

Went here on a referral from Dr. Spinuso/Gentle Dental to see DR. Glen E Jones for a wisdom tooth removal. Turns out it was never the wisdom tooth but the tooth next to it! Which was chipped & cracked! I explained my frustration to Dr. Jones & he's a terrible listener! He was trying to make excuses for Dr. Spinuso/Gentle dental. He mentioned that Dr. Spinuso is a nice person & that I'd have to go back to Dr.Spinuso because there wasn't anything he could do and that hes just the Grim Reaper of teeth! NOT FUNNY!!I knew there was nothing he could do for me I just wanted to make sure my infection was clear so that I could get out of his broke down dental chair and take care of the actual tooth that is further damaged as a result of taking out the wisdom tooth next to it. I plan on filing a formal complaint with both dental practices to the board. So unacceptable! And now my dental insurance is maxed for the year & I have to pay for a root canal out of pocket!It's evident from your reviews that Dr.Jacubowski is the only one consistently keeping your patients happy.

Piling onto the mountain of 5-star reviews -- I can't recommend Bay Center and Dr. Maly enough. They whole staff is responsive, kind, and excellent at what they do. I called with an emergency at 11 a.m., they fit me in at 1:30 p.m. and I was out by 2:30. The following day Dr. Maly himself called to follow up. Just a wonderful experience for a procedure I was absolutely dreading.

First time visit was for X-Ray Scan and Second was for an Wisdom Tooth Extraction. Both visits were on time, attentive to the specifics, advice was inline with my other dentist.The Second visit was quick and painless, it took longer for the Numbness to set-in than the actual extraction. I was impressed, and painless.Recovery was without any problems at all. No pain that OTC pain relievers could not handle.David V.

I was having a tooth extraction and got lost on the way to the office which made me extremely anxious. Additionally my anxiety was heightened by a bad experience with a different doctor. Dr Jakubowski helped me completely relax and was very soothing. The entire staff was helpful and calming. Everyone was kind and patient. The extraction went very smoothly and the experience was a truly positive. Thank you to Dr Jakubowski and the entire staff.

I had the unfortunate luck of breaking a tooth which had to be removed. But, my bad luck turned around when I had the good fortune of being referred by my dentist to Dr. Jesse Jakubowski at the Bay Center for Jaw Surgery. He and his staff always took me on time and were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Jakubowski explained the entire process of removing the fractured tooth and inserting an implant. The procedure is not the most comfortable, but certainly much better than a root canal. He worked quickly and did an outstanding job. I would say that my pain levels were MUCH less than they warned me it might be, the recovery was easy and the final result was fantastic.Dr. Jakubowski is outstanding at what he does and I would recommend him and his office to anyone without reservation.

Dr Jakubowski was wonderful.Surgery is never fun, but he explained everything, thoroughly and talked me through it step by step. What could have been a very traumatic experience was 1000% better than I expected.I would recommend him to anyone that needs Oral Surgery. He is a gem

I wish I could give 10 stars. Dr Jakubowski and his staff are awesome! I opted to stay awake for a wisdom tooth extraction. It took me longer to fill out paperwork than it was for my tooth to come out. I’m on day 2 and no pain or issues. Truly a great experience as I am one of the biggest wimps when it comes to dental work. Highly recommended!!

The actual procedure was fine - I had twilight anesthesia - I've had almost no issues post-surgery. I was a little befuddled that no one called me to tell me that I couldn't have anything to eat or drink 8 hours before the surgery - I had to call the center and get that information for myself. That's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5. Everyone on staff is very professional.

Dr. Jakubowski was amazing. He is highly skilled and very calming. I felt at ease prior to and during my extraction and bone graft. The procedure was quick and painless once numbed. The recovery has been extremely easy for me with minimal discomfort. I know the implant process will go as smoothly. A big thanks to the entire Bay Center for Oral and Implant Surgery team.

Great practice! I am very pleased with the interactions I have had with Bay Center for Oral Surgery, particularly Dr. Jesse Jakubowski. The entire staff is professional but friendly. Initially I had a tooth pulled and had to decide between a bridge or implants. The tooth extraction went well and my experience was so positive, I decided on implants.
