Dr. Reynolds and his entire staff Lacee, Kenya, Chantelle, Heather, Valerie, Kara are absolutely amazing and make you feel like family as you come in for ortho experience and never know if your appt will go well, they make sure that you never feel scared confused or unsure about anything and talk you through everything they do in your mouth and any plans you may need to make. My wife had an amazing experience here and I will continue to share Northeast Orthodontics on all social media and recommend them to anyone that needs braces. Thank you for being an amazing team !!!! 1/15/24 My wife finished her braces experience and still Dr. reynolds wants to make sure the at my wife has the proper retainers and also to continue to shift one tooth that still needs to move with her permanent retainer because he is never done making sure things can be as perfect as they can possibly be while you are in his hands for treatement. If you’re looking for a quality, clean, friendly and modern orthodontics and dentistry that doesn’t keep you waiting, then look no further…! This place is absolutely class - the hygienists are effective and efficient (Lauren rocks), there’s texting apt reminders/communication from Cara, office music, and jovial atmosphere. Not to mention there’s usually a contest going on. Keep up the good work Dr. Reynolds and team 👍🏽💙

So glad we choose Northeast Orthodontics. The whole staff is amazing from the receptionist to Dr. Reynolds and everyone in between. We had a couple consultations while we waiting for all my son's baby teeth to fall out. Each time we fully understood where we were at and when to expect braces to go on. Today was the big day my son was excited but a little nervous, Dr. Reynolds made him feel very comfortable and clamed his little nerves. Heather our coordinator was great and explained everything very thoroughly and clearly. I knew exactly what we were looking at price wise and how we would handle it all. Now on to the big part... Lacee and Dr. Reynolds were a very well oiled machine and it was amazing to watch. While slightly uncomfortable, as expected, Lacee explained what was going on the whole way through. Could not have asked for a better experience. The next 2 years seem like they will be a breeze!!

Greatly overcharged me. I needed a small retainer replaced. This procedure took less than 10 minutes. I had it done in the past for $180. This practice charged me $420. They originally quoted "up to $300," but increased the cost once I was in the chair. I should have walked out, but appointments are hard to get, there was already a charge for the office visit, and my teeth were already starting to move. The only reason I do not give them "one star" is that the work appears to be good and the problem is solved. Shop around before you go here, and if you do go, get the max price in writing before you sit down.

After several Orthodontics consultations for my son, we decided to pursue Dr. Reynolds who came highly recommended by close friends. He and his office staff left a great first impression and did not have one bad experience for the two years my son was in braces. The office is very professional, friendly, clean, flexible with schedules, etc. If you're looking for an Orthodontist, I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds at Northeast Orthodontics. My son is braces free as of 1/12/21 and his teeth look beautiful!

Very sad that I can’t give 0 stars. Horrible experience and they don’t keep their word. Our word should mean a lot, but some business are not honored to their word. Less than an year ago I went to get estimate and it was given to me 2,896 for Invisalign. With covid hitting so hard and not knowing if things were going to get worse I decided to hold off. This was may last year. Now Feb this year, less than a year ago, they told me it was 5,000 and that estimate was in error!!! I went to 3 other facilities to get estimates and the difference between then was 300 to 500 dollars more. So, I decided to go with them Bc first they had good reviews and second is on the corner of my house. But from 2,896 to 5,000!!!!!! That’s outrageous!!! Heather, who I take is the person that does the billing said last year they made an error that she can honor!! So if I had walked in there last year and closed the deal at the moment, would you say it’s an error too abs change my billing during the process of wearing braces!?? What happened to keeping our world and keeping what’s written in paper, whether it was a mistake or not? We need to be accountable for what we tell people Bc they spend their time going around for other estimates and make decisions based on what’s given to them in paper! This place doesn’t know what’s being accountable. He may very well be a great orthodontist, but a facility that doesn’t own accountability for their mistakes and keeps their word, shouldn’t be anyone’s choice. A total disappointment which is sad Bc I was looking forward to start my treatment with them.Response to Dr. Reynolds reply which is not accurate:The insurance premium never changed as Dr. Reynolds stated below, what they took off and decided not to honor was a courtesy charge that they put there as a discount and no longer want to honor it.

Highly recommend! Dr. Reynolds & his team were amazing and always provided the best experience for every appointment.Very friendly & energetic environment and not to mention my teeth are now PERFECT thanks to the entire team!10/10 for sure.

Dr. Reynolds and the staff at Northeast Ortho are absolutely 5 stars.The office is clean, modern, and comfortable. There’s a great mural in the ortho room, and free LaCroix and bottled water in the lobby!The payment schedule was easy and affordable. No additional fees for paying over time!Dr. Reynolds is patient-centered, charming and professional. I felt very confident in his care.The medical staff are attentive, sweet and extremely gentle!Appointments were easy to set and cancel/reschedule, and I appreciated the text reminders. I was always seen at the time of my appointments and rarely waited for even five minutes.I am moving before my treatment ends, and Dr. Reynolds and his team were so helpful in coordinating my continuity of care with my next Ortho. Payment balance was explained thoroughly, and It feels very fair.I would recommend Northeast Ortho to anyone considering braces for all of these reasons and more.Thanks for a great experience!!

I chose Northeast Orthodontics for my invisalign treatment and 100% recommend them! The initial consultation was very informative and they matched the competitor’s price without hesitation. Dr. Reynolds and the staff are wonderful, extremely kind and helpful. It’s obvious the employees love their work environment and take the time to get to know their patients.The invisalign process was seamless, when I had concerns with teeth alignment and progress Dr. Reynolds reviewed my plan of care at length. My retainers came much faster than the standard four weeks and the staff would call me to reschedule if I wanted to come in sooner which was considerate.Additionally, they are very accommodating. There was several times I had to change my appointment last minute, ~30minutes to 1 hour prior, and they were more than understanding.If you are looking for local orthodontist that is knowledgeable, professional and a delight to work with I recommend Northeast Orthodontics. I am pleased with my end results and couldn't imagine going elsewhere.
