We are very happy with the service at this office. Dr.Jordan did a professional job with my daughter Justina’s braces. Everyone is very kind and respectful. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. The place overall is very clean, neat and organized. Everyone there is on top of their game! I loved my experience here!P.s Theresa is the best

I had a very great experience here at 103 Orthodontics, every staff member is very friendly and accommodating to all of their patients. In the past, I struggled finding an office that would offer me options that would benefit me in the long run, until I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Jordan. He was completely transparent with me on what I can do to help the condition of my teeth and I chose the braces route. I was told 18 months, and here I am 18 months later brace free! I am more than happy with the results and i’ve never felt better. I also got along with every single dental assistant that helped me out :) I love this place and I would recommend to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

I came to Dr. Jordan in mere desperation, 36 years old, horrible migraines, face soreness, and neck stiffness from crooked teeth and lack of orthodontic care as a child. Dr. Jordan was able to repair my teeth and provided amazing medical care along with his wonderful team. This office is clean, organized, understanding, and truly has become a family to me and my children. My son is also a patient of Dr. Jordan and we cannot wait to see his smile! Wohoo!!! My oldest daughter has graduated with a perfect smile today . We started this process as Covid was happening, and through all the ups and downs of the pandemic the office staff has managed to not only accommodate our ever changing schedules, but to make my daughters and I feel like family. I cannot recommend this place enough. The front desk coordinators are so helpful and willing to work with you on scheduling. The whole orthodontic staff is professional and efficient. The visits go smoothly and my daughter always feels heard if she has pain or a problem. The office is immaculately clean and decorated in bright lighting and colors. The waiting room has video games for the younger siblings while we wait. I have three kids and they will all be getting their braces here!

Dr. Lissauer is fantastic with kids. He is very informative for the parents but very calm and upbeat with the kids, even my boys who tend to freak out whenever they have to go to the dentist. The office is new, we didn't have to wait long, and Dr. Lissauer really made us feel at ease. We're lucky we found him after some less pleasant trials!

Dr. Jordan + team are amazing! I received orthodontic treatment (opted for traditional braces) here a little over two years ago, and I’m happy to say, I’m still 100% satisfied with the results!Most recently, I had to schedule an appointment to have Dr. Jordan take a look at my retainers, as I was in need of new ones due to my own negligence. As soon as I called the office, they scheduled an appointment right away, and when my appointment day came, it was like I never stopped going there! The staff was so welcoming and it felt so good to be back! I know, an adult expressing how much they enjoyed going back to the ortho might sound odd, but with a doctor like Dr. Jordan and his team, I’m sure it’s a very common feeling. You’re treated like family at 103 Orthodontics, and the result post orthodontic treatment is unbelievable.If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and professional orthodontist, and a clean office with phenomenal staff, schedule an appointment! You won’t be disappointed.FYI - They have TVs on the ceiling which makes you feel 10x more comfortable during your appointment!!!

This was hands down the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and most efficient orthodontist I have ever been to. The office is super nice (always greeting you by your first name) and extremely clean.The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. They were so kind and concerned about my comfort that it took away all the stress of my visits. Well done!

Dr Jordan is the orthodontist you want for the job He is kind and compassionate. My Invisalign treatment is finished and the end result was perfection The ladies in the office are so nice. April who works the front is super friendly.and helpful. I want to give a shout out to Theresa who always makes every visit to the office a ray of Sunshine. Theresa is the Best.
