Orthodontic Specialist PC: Staten Island

I saw Dr Donato for a consult on the urging of my son who had work done by him and he was very professional knowledgeable and friendly. Although I did not need any ortho work he explain d my issue and offered suggestions. His staff was great too especially I can’t say enough good things about his office. If you need an orthodontist go see Dr Donato. You won’t be sorry.

My son had an overbite, cross bite, and some terms I don’t remember. Thank you Dr. Donato because now he has an award winning smile. And initially I was like really he has all that wrong?!?! But he was 1000% spot on with his dental plan! The office is ALWAYS super friendly, professional and extremely accommodating. I asked my son yesterday if you had to do it all over again would you still get braces? He said absolutely! Look no further than Dr. Donato and his award winning staff and office.

For anyone considering Dr. Donato, please read this review first. He and his staff truly changed my life and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was offered the most excellent service and they were so accommodating to my needs. Any time I had an issue or question, they got back to me instantly. They are so personable here and talk to you on a first name basis. My smile was something that I’ve always been insecure about and it took me forever to do something about it. Braces were not an option for me because at my age, it can be a bit embarrassing. When I found out he specialized in Invisalign I gave it a shot and my results are more spectacular than I could have ever imagined. From the bottom of my heart I just want Dr. Donato and his staff to be recognized for their outstanding work!

The office of Dr Michael Donato AKA Orthodontic Specialist is a well oiled machine. The entire staff from receptionist to office manager and everyone in between are excellent. They make you feel like family. Not only are they welcoming but the the dental staff is very knowledgeable and are excellent technicians. Dr. Donato himself is very caring and listens to your concerns. Their work is at the highest level and a standout. I was in the office for a consultation regarding a problem with my permanent retainer. Dr. Donato examined my teeth and solved the problem quickly. I highly recommend this Orthodontic Office.

Dr. Donato and his entire staff are the best! Dr. Donato is a consummate professional who is the best at his trade! I brought all three of my children to him and their teeth are perfect! They are constantly complimented and I always say it is because of Dr. Donato’s skill! If you are in need of an orthodontist, he is your guy! I am beyond grateful for the work he has done on my children’s teeth and I am always reminded of it each and every time my kids smile!!

I come there every two months to tighten my braces.I never really took brushing teeth seriously, I only brushed once a day and did not time myself for at least two minutes when I brushed. I went in April and the Orthotist told me that my brushing was very bad my gums were bleeding and showed me the correct way, while telling me all these things it wasn’t in a very kind way and was pretty tough on me but it wasn’t being rude it was just the orthodontist wanting the best for your teeth and to be real with you. After I left I told myself I can’t let that happen again so I took it as motivation to brush my teeth twice a day for at least two minutes and I was successful. I came back today for another check up and I got the same orthodontist and I told her that I started to take brushing my teeth seriously she was very glad to hear that and told me that my gums do not bleed anymore and that my teeth look much better than the last time I came in it She also told me by hearing that it made her day, I just wanted to that to say to that orthodontist thank you because if you weren’t tuff or being real with me I might have never took brushing seriously. Highly recommend this dentist office! :) Thank you!

Four simple words: THEY ARE THE BEST!I experienced amazing results alter wearing my INVISALIGN for only 12 short weeks.Dr. Donato has a warm personal demeanor. He runs his office like a well oiled machine. His entire staff is wonderful, professionally trained & experienced.My only regret is that I had to rate them with just 5 stars.
