Absolutely amazing experience at this office. The office staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Cara at the front desk is very thorough in explaining what your insurance covers and what your out of pocket expenses will be. They also work with you on any payment plan you may need. The dentists make it a very pleasant and welcoming experience for any child who may be apprehensive in getting braces. Dentists are thorough with explaining your child's dental process and will answer any questions that you may have. My 2 girls were very happy with the initial process and looking forward to many more to come! Office is new, clean with exquisite technology used. Overall, I give them a 5 star rating with the best experience ever!

The office staff makes you feel very comfortable. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff. I recommend choosing this office for your braces. My son had Giana work on him. She seems very experienced and made him feel less stressed. I would also like to comment on the staff Roseann and Cara. They are very welcoming, pleasant to speak to and help you with any issues you may have.

I love the environment and the office staff here is very welcoming and extremely clean. Roseanne, Cara, and Giana always greet you with a smile as soon as you come in they are very respectful and helpful with any questions you may have. They all help you and make it easier for you to schedule appointments. I recommend everyone to come here. I love that my daughter feels comfortable with Dr. Golden and her assistant Sabrina and Kristy. She is very happy with coming here.

I love this dentist very clean, organized, GREAT SERVICE, greeting full staff! I've been taking my daughter here for about 1 year or so (before they changed owners) and u wouldn't even have noticed besides new construction lol. It's very welcoming here. My daughter is not a dentist fan but here she's comfortable since beginning . I would highly recommend this dentist if your child or children needs braces!! 😁🤩💁🏼‍♀️

I wish I could give 100 stars.The customer service is truly like none other. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with happy faces and genuinely sweet employees. You can tell everyone here is honestly happy to be here. Everyone was very professional and went above and beyond to answer all my questions, not to mention they helped me find the best fitting financial plan for me -zero judgment- and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed in any way. I left with absolute zero doubt in my mind that I made the right choice. I highly recommend coming here for any of your orthodontic needs !I’m super excited to start my Invisalign journey but even more excited that it’s with this team! :)

Best service out there ! Front desk is welcoming and sweet and the doctor is kind and the the tech Sabrina that that care of my son Michael is so patient! He gets so nervous and everything scares him and Sabrina take her time by explaining step by step and he feels so Comfortable! We actually look forward coming her! So so so happy with the service !!❤️❤️❤️

Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. That makes a difference to me. Even though I arrived a few minutes late, their smiles and genuine conversation made me feel at ease. You'll notice that the office is super high-tech. I remember the old days of getting a mold for your braces when you got gooey stuff all over your mouth. This was all done by cameras! I was blown away. The X-Ray machine even speaks to you. Check them out. You won't be disappointed by this level of care.

The best ORTHODONTIST in STATEN ISLAND! Such a Sweet HUMBLE FAMILY OFFICE. I MOVED TO JERSEY BUT STILL COME HERE.The girls in the front are AMAZING 👏 SWEET,FRIENDLY, RESPECTFUL,AND OUTGOING EVEN THE GIRLS THAT WORK WITH THE DOCTOR IN THE BACK. THE DOCTOR AMAZING she is so sweet. She knows what she is doing. You literally are in an out. SHE LISTENS TO YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS The office is sooo clean which I love it. I RECCOMEND everyone to come to this office. I literally give it more then 5 stars

My teeth were in real bad shape let me just start by saying that. Very crooked it was horrible my whole life has been affected by it and thankfully to this office and the staff that works so diligently I was able to have everything scheduled in a timely matter and taken care of. Big shout out to Cara, Roseanne, gianna and the rest of the crew ! Highly recommended . Now I got the straightest set bc of straight set !
