Dr Azizi was phenomenal with our infant. Kind and professional demeanor. The office itself could have functioned a little better, as they had 3 appointments scheduled for when the dr was “on lunch” which backed up the waiting time for everyone.

I was highly recommended by a good friend of mine who is a current patient. She mention that her experiences with them have been great so, I decided to give them a call. Ask if they were accepting new patients and there were, appointment was set for the following week which was awesome. The office is nice and clean. They welcome you in with a good attitude and explain everything that’s needed to be registered. There’re exceptional on accommodating your appointment dates & times. The Dental Hygienist was awesome he explained everything that was going to be done, he was gentle but got in there if you know what I mean, he also gave me tips and advice on after care. Everyone from the dentist and entire staff were kind, knowledgeable and friendly. My first experience was thumbs up and I hope it continues. Thank you Brookside Smiles for an awesome first visit.

This is by far the worst dental office I have ever stepped foot in. I have worked the dental field for a long time and this place should be considered criminal. My husband got an implant placed and some fillings done. They have no respect for your time as a patient and they will bill you incorrectly. My husband needed a filling redone multiple times and they drilled a hole straight down he may now need a root canal. Everytime he is here he waits for hoursHe gets rescheduled while he is in the chair. The staff is unapologetic about everything and they blame each other as to why there is such a long wait. Do yourself a favor and find a different office. Look at yelp because their google reviews and inflated. You will see real patient experiences there.

Terrible service after my grandson's appointment had been changed and rescheduled numerous times we finally had one to finish the treatment they began. Now I am not sure of as they gave a 6 year old a root canal! He was supposed to have the tooth we went the first time for ( 3months ago) extracted yesterday and a spacer put in, we arrived on time 15 minutes until 2 our appointment was for 2 we sat in the office for 25 minutes before the receptionist returned late from lunch the office was full by then at 2:38 they sat him in the back at 3 I asked what was the delay the dental assistant said I don't know what's going on I'll check. She came back and said you may want to reschedule this appointment as it was now 3 PM on Friday and the demist leaves at 3 PM which I had found out was the reason the last 2 appointments were rescheduled.! He still has the same bad tooth I feel like I've put hum through a lot more than needed dragging. Brookside Smiles should be ashamed of themselves how they run this practice is terrible very unprofessional they certainly do not care for the well being of the patient. Leaving at 3 PM is much more important to the demist than her patients!

Fantastic dental office. The staff was super attentive and patient(even though I was difficult at first). I'm so happy to have found my mom a dentist office that accepts her insurance (Denti-cal) and is not a run down hole in the wall. This place is in a beautiful building, with a welcoming office and very clean. The dentist was very knowledgeable about what would be covered by insurance and the manager sat us down and walked us through the entire treatment plan. Overall great experience!

**EDIT: I do want to mention how great the treatment coordinator was. She listened to my frustration and her understanding was very nice***By far the worst dental office in regards to time management and customer service. My husband needed to get a filling re done three times. He always waits over 45 minutes each time. The lady that works the front gave me a hard time about my husband's implant information. There are 4 places to sit in the lobby and had way to many people waiting. Lack of communication was insane. I've been in the dental field a long time and I've never experienced a place that cannot manage patient load or time or had a such a disregard for their patients time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waitedfor a while to be seen. I finally go to the exam room and the dentist looks at my teeth for 2 minutes with NO X-rays then leaves. It was a Friday and she and her staff were in a rush to get out. They only did half of my X-rays and gave me no input. A dental assistant never came in to go over my treatment plan or anything. I was told they would contact my insurance to see if they would cover deep cleaning and a crown. I need waaay more work than that. Then they told me to come back in 5 weeks but to call first to see if my insurance covers the crown and deep cleaning. First, I know for a fact my insurance does and if they didn’t - I wouldn’t mind paying. Since when does it take five weeks to get authorization?!?! This place treats their patients like cattle. They rush you in and out, rudely. If you have denti-cal for insurance they will book you as far out as possible and treat you like your the bottom of the barrel. Your better off going to western dental on March Lane, Stockton -at least you’ll get your dental work completed, X-rays and a treatment plan. Don’t waste your time here.

I sought out Brookside Smiles because my housemate is also a patient here and like me has medi-cal dental insurance through the Health Plan of San Joaquin County. Over the several months she has been a patient I became very impressed with the level of care she received in terms of the number of procedures and prosthetics this practice was able to get authorized for coverage under this plan (a crowns, a new plate, composite fillings) in addition to a deep cleaning, full mouth X-rays and dental exam and treatment plan with the dentist (not his tech or assistant). Having public assistance for dental care before, one quickly learns that most of the really best practice procedures aren't available under medi-cal funded plans. The focus is on prevention and most new restorative treatments aren't available. It was never clear to me if that was because it was too administratively expensive and time consuming to ferret out approvals that were there but not within easy reach, or just simply the limitations imposed by public assistance. I'm grateful to ahave any assistance I'm not griping. Rather I'm excited that a dental practice seems to understand how to work within that agency and just things done. So I became a patient and i am now waiting for approval for my first procedure.I don't know if my results will be as good as my housemates. Everyone's situation is different and so each outcome will be different. But given that you have to choose a dentist on the basis of something, I decided to go with a practice that demonstrated they get things done somehow someway beyond what I've ever seen in other practices. So far I've not been disappointed.

I went in for the first time on June 22 filled out the paper work and was seen with five minutes or less then they took x-rays and I sat in the office Green chair for about 3 minutes and they said the doctor can see me next month to take my wisdom teeth out it was so quick I recommend people to go to Brookside smiles for the best experience and dental work and the staff are so polite nice and they have such a clean facility

Brookside Smiles has been my my dentist office for the last 4 years. Office staff are amazing and kind. When I first met with Dr. Sekhon there was an instant warmth about her. I have never felt comfortable before at the dentist like I do here. The staff remember my name and take good care of me. I have had all kinds of work done to my teeth from caps to routine cleanings and all have been great experiences. There is no other place I rather go. Highly recommend and worth a try.
