I think the front office staff at LakeFront Smiles is a dream team.I was having a very stressful day the staff made me feel soo much better.They were patient and listened (which is hard to find in these stressful times). I HIGHLY recommend them and Janae in Finance will help find the best avenue to take that fits your financial needs.PS their back office is Spotless and very modern.

Would definitely run fast from this dental office. The front desk receptionist Liz is a dishonest individual who tells you she is scheduling you an appointment and then doesn’t. As if…Spoke with her over two weeks ago and when I called to confirm appointment because I had not received confirmation, she stated condescendingly there was no appointment made. For sake of argument I just asked for copies of my medical records so I can go elsewhere. I was then told I had to pay $20.00 for my records. You won’t find just good dental care here just a bunch of unnecessary recommended procedures and outside referrals to waste your time and fatten their pockets. This office delays essential dental care for sole purpose of draining dental benefits to then get into the patients pockets for more gain. All while providing not one service!

My husband and I experienced total quality dental management at Lakefront Smiles. Front Desk staff were respectful and have pleasing personalities. Superb patient contact relations, an asset to the dental clinic.Liz is very knowledgeable. She explained to us the procedures were about to undergo, expectations, and costs of the treatment very well. She is sensitive and talks politely in her low tone of voice. She answered our concerns or questions remarkably.The Dental Assistants are gentle, courteous, do their job well and no wrinkles in the flow.The dentists are of top-notch calibers, professionals, caring, and provide total quality dental patient management. My husband was very happy and pleased to hear from Dr. Pushpinder Sethi, DDS, that his teeth are in good condition. A deep cleaning and regular dental check-ups to preserve the teeth were recommended. Overall Lakefront Dental Smiles offers outstanding dental treatment and total quality patient management.

The wait time to be seated on dentist chair was under 5 minutes, then it was smooth sailing with lots of jokes and laughter going back and forth (especially with the Hygienist= he was GREAT and Very Informative !!). Dr. Sethi... what a Lady !! She is very approachable, easy going, very informative and a True Professional !! Great Team, Great Place to reduce your anxiety and get the job done. Lots of parking !! I Highly Recommend It !!!

Had to pay for an emergency visit. Luckily was able to make a next day appointment.Doctor was on time and pleasant.A molar will have to be removed. Referral to an oral surgeon is in the works.My thanks to Dr Sethi and her staff 👍🏽

Please be advised that they send a text on your first visit to review them. That’s what I didn’t notice when I first went there , my decision was based on reviews only. This is how I fell for this place .First Visit , butterflies and rainbows … anything after that is all down hill. The Male owner wow. Needless to say I got an infection from letting the Dental assistant drill , yes I didn’t know she was not supposed until she told the student watching her that it is not supposed to happen…..I am in the process of getting my tooth removed because they have received full payment on a crown that can not be done because the tooth is too fragile to drill back down . Be prepared for a mess . The male doctor and hygienist need to leave that place and work for someone who cares about their patients.

Liz at the front desk was very friendly, patient and helpful! The girls that did the x-rays and pictures of my teeth were so sweet and friendly … I enjoyed my brief visit with Dr. Sethi and she was very professional knowledgeable and friendly ! I was apprehensive about seeing a new dentist but my fears were calmed and they even had an aquarium on a big screen television with serene music . I love it already!

This was my first visit and when I called to make my apointment, I felt like it was going to be a good visit.My visit turned out to be smooth and the whole team was warm. The Financial Cordinator, Janeae explained my paperwork and all the cost. She was very understanding about my situation and she worked my next visit to coordinate with my schedule, Thank you.The X-Ray Technician was friendly and she made me feel comfortable while doing my x-rays...as you know that can be uncomfortable, but she showed concern and she was gential. Thank you Sandra.The doctor was very plesant, he made me comfortable as well. Dr. Mehta, was gental, he explained the condition of my theeth and gave me options for my care for the present and future. He saw my emotional side and assured me that it's going to be ok and that he will monitor my condition to make sure we dont let things get worse without proper treatment. Thank you doctor for making me feel comfortable because I'm scard of dentist, some have not been so gental.I will update on my next visit.
