Fort Bend Periodontics and Implantology

The young lady who cleaned my teeth was warm and friendly. She did an excellent job of caring for my teeth. Dr. Dyer is my champion. He has placed a number of implants for me and I am thoroughly impressed with his ability, the office equipment, and staff. Dr. Dyer is very careful in the entire process. He does not rush. He takes the time for adequate healing of the bone to the implant and works well with the dentist making the teeth to fit the implants. I recommend Dr. Dyer to everyone who might need Periodontic help or Implants.

Dr. Dyer and his amazing staffs were incredible. Their kindness and compassion towards me was something I cannot thank them enough. I am always very anxious at the dentist office, and Dr. Dyer and his staffs did a great job in making me feel comfortable and anxiety free! The professionalism, experiences, friendliness, and helpful of the whole team is outstanding. I’ve been going with them for a complicated process and then for keeping up and cleaning - The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. The doctors and staff members have shown extreme professionalism, friendly, and knowledgeable, also very conscious of all our concerns. My dental implant procedures with Dr. Dyer was a successful, and the results are so perfectly. Dr. Dyer’s passion for dental work is evident in his extensive knowledge of the latest technology and techniques. Dr. Dyer is a true leader in the dental community. Also, the dentist occasionally provided free education webinars with great tips on maintaining great dental hygiene, etc. I would recommend this Dentist office to everyone!03/27/2024:I just visited this dentist office for another dental implant. I love the dental office of Fort Bend Periodontics and Implantology has top quality and wonderful staff and excellent dentists. My dentist, Dr. Dyer take time to explain and answer questions and I never feel rushed, scared and he is absolutely fantastic. Dr. Dyer is very patient and understanding of my intense fear, he always makes it pain free and easy for me. The staff (dental assistants, hygienists,…) are excellent, very professional, very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Bret Dyer and his team quickly checked me in and diagnosed this gum disease as a bacterial infection related to my overseas trip. Very grateful to have antibiotics, and my pain while brushing has already gone from a 7 in that area, to a 1, after just one day. Thank you doc. I think I should be fine after the 7 days of antibiotics.This whole situation was pretty traumatic being stuck half way across the world with an infection. And started to get really bad on our flight from Bangkok to France. I was part of the EF tour group that was forced to go Osaka > Bangkok > France > Dallas > Houston. Scary as hell when your gums are falling apart. I had to chemically burn my gums with hydrogen peroxide picked up in Bangkok airport to prevent a full on abscess.People, please brush twice a day, floss at least once, and don’t chew food aggressively which can lodge bacteria into your gums. This photo is nothing compared to the situation on the airplane. Massive purple swelling gums.Follow up: everything totally worked out. Antibiotics helped. Seems the issue all along was revealed after using a quality water pic from Amazon. Almost looked like a fish scale got caught up there. All good now. Thanks!!

Dr. Nguyen he’s a very patient and kind and gentle doctor. The same goes for his entire staff that I have had interaction with. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs specialty work. By an endodontist./periodontist.My only slight complaint, is the availability of handicap access, which is not their fault and I am working on that through the city of sugar, land, county of Fort Bend and next will be the state.

I've been going to Ft. Bend Periodontics for many years, in between my regular cleanings, toslow down gum recession. There's very little wait time as they pretty much stay on schedule.The friendly, blonde dental hygienist coats my sensitive teeth with a liquid to lessen any pain. She's efficient, and gives tips on how to hold the toothbrush and other teeth maintenance info.I'm in and out fairly quickly. The front desk staff are professional and pleasant.The only thing I have an issue with is that Dr. Dyer no longer comes in afterward to check my teeth. I get a senior discount, but it's not cheap to have to pay out-of-pocket for two extra cleanings a year.I'm considering the pinhole procedure to reverse receding gums. The hygienist, with total confidence, told me that Dr. Dyers has a 100% success rate! It's very expensive. I'll have to think about it.

The experience was very pleasant. Wait time was at a minimum. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was spotless. The cleaning procedure was comfortable and was very timely. I was most impressed with the attention and promptness of the doctor who examined my teeth after the cleaning procedure. His diagnosis was clear and thorough. His advice was also very effective.

I was very impressed with the staff and with Dr. Nguyen. All of my options were explained and my questions answered. The staff is extremely kind and caring. I liked the fact that Dr. Nguyen worked on me nonstop. He did not go from patient to patient, leaving me in the room in limbo like so many others.The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating.A second procedure yesterday went equally as well. Dr. Nguyen and his assistant and staff go to great lengths to keep the patient comfortable. Furthermore, a procedure that failed 9 years ago when done somewhere else, has been successful with Dr. Nguyen.

From the time you enter the office you experience professionalism. This goes from the front office staff to the hygienists who prepare you for the surgery. Dr. Dyer is very thorough in explaining the procedure you are to undergo. You will feel completely comfortable knowing you are in very good hands and that all will go as you want it to. I will recommend Dr. Dyer and his staff to any person that needs periodontal work.

Dr. Dyer is the best anywhere for orthodontia and for implants. He, his assistants, and his entire staff are friendly and personable, and the clinic has the latest and greatest equipment. My first excellent experience with Bret and his clinic was in 1997 - the implant he put in then is still sound and only needed some orthodontic attention recently to keep it sound.

I have literally spent $100K+ on my teeth during my lifetime and I have not had a better team. The team is cohesive, everyone has their role to fill, and they do it well. They are professional and extremely efficient. My mouth was open for a while and at the end of the treatment they used a laser at my jaw joints and I had absolutely no pain in my jaws the next day. I would highly recommend this team!
