I had lumineer top and bottom installed about 4 years ago …..improved my smile …. Love it !!!Well worth the money….I had a problem with one front bottom lumineerFrom the beginning, it kept coming loose and I had to have it re~cemented back on, about a year ago, it came loose while I was eating, I didn’t notice it and I broke it in three pieces (I recovered) and the had to install another new one at my cost… not happy but didn’t have a choice…I writing this because if you have any lumineers, and have one that come loose, get the dentist to evaluate and make sure the fitting is proper.This time I was able to recover the lumineer any it was properly fit to my original tooth …Thank you …. Hopefully the Denist will read this and take the time to evaluate why one was always getting loose. I think they fixed it correctly this time,Ben

I had a really unpleasant experience with the front desk person (Darius). I went in on Friday for my cleaning just to be told that I had to verify my insurance with my employer and make sure it was active. I missed work time to attend the appointment just to be turned away since they couldn’t verify my insurance which was pretty much active. I had to reschedule again once I came back I had verify that my insurance was active. They made me wait more time to verify something that I had proof that was active. Over all I missed worked time and had to wait more then expected. I had never experienced something like this with the old staff. I do appreciate Julien he did such a great job and checked up on my previous appointment.

Never received ph call that my mouth guard was ready. They said that the sent bills for the mouth guard but the only letter I get is a letter from the collection agency with an over $50 extra fee. The plan they showed me included my insurance paying some of the cost which the did not verify. Never returned my phone calls as the office closed in Sienna but they still have phone being answered

VERY inconsiderate experience to say the least. I called to make an ORTHO appointment because my daughter needed to get her retainer fixed. After speaking with someone at the front desk they said they could get the fixed so the appointment was made. I picked up my two girls from school early and went to the appointment. Once we sat down in the chair they examined her retainer and then told us they do no longer have orthodontist services and gave us a referral. So basically you altered my entire family's day just to make a buck from our insurance when all you could've done was tell me this over the phone when we discussed her retainers being broken. This inconvenience me and my business that I have to run and you made me pull my daughters out of school just to give me a referral. I am EXTREMELY PISSED OFF. This is ridiculous and I will be finding a new dentist not only for them but also for myself as well.Few days laterThey called and apologized for the inconvenience and let us know that they didn't charge us nor our insurance. For that I do appreciate.

Absolute scam. Suddenly my warranty is no longer in effect. They do not even back their own work here. If you have ever been here check what they bill your insurance for, multiple things that were billed were not even performed. When I called to address this I consistently get a run around and the manager is conveniently never around.Edit: They replied to do damage control and asked me to contact the office manager. They clearly did not read my review as anytime I have tried to contact the manager they are NEVER available.

This place feels like home, when I walk in I’m greeted by the warm friendly staff members who were able to answer all my insurance questions ( I had several). Then I was greeted by Uirel who talked me through the process that I was going to be going through. I then meet Julien man did this gentleman work a miracle on my mouth he even showed me how to floss never knew there was a right and a wrong way. He also gave me tips on how to ensure a healthy mouth with special toothpaste and brush. I final met Dr. Nathan his bedside manner was impeccable. Overall I rate this place a 5 start and I will be encouraging my family and friends to try this place out.

We use to go to the Made Ya Smile location in Rosenberg but when they permanently closed down, we were referred to this one. Anytime you call to speak to someone, no one usually answers. This doesn’t look good and an inconvenience for patients when it comes to any questions or scheduling concerns. My appointment was canceled twice without my knowledge and was told when I got there that I was sent a text but never received anything. The second time, they said a hygienist wasn’t available that day so I basically came for nothing. This place doesn’t seem responsible. I will definitely not be returning because of this bad experience.

The manager is never there been trying to get in touch with them for a month now multiple email have been sent. They refuse to call or email… do not go there!!!Update: they called me finally I called themback a Hispanic man said their name is “John James” they are the supervisor when she isn’t available and that he is unsure when the manager will get back to me again. He also shared my warranty was no longer active because of missing one of cleaning..I shared with them again that you guys closed down your business in sienna.. instead of providing any sort of solution he did not same to care… pretty much if you got any major surgery done with him. You got scammed!!

This place is a scam. They closed down in sienna location without letting anyone know/ They said they sent out mail but they didn'tNow everytime we call to question regarding anything no one answers the phone when you go in person there is no manager. I have sent multiple email to her but she still has yet to answer or follow upBE aware!!!

I’ve been trying my hardest not to leave a bad review. I originally loved going to Made Ya Smile in Richmond. But this lack of communication is becoming more of an issue. Back in Feb/March I got a call in regards to an overpayment. I would receive my payment in about 6 weeks. Nothing received. So I call to get an update a few months later. Original lady was out and the check was never requested. They say they’ll put in for my check and I should receive it this time. Another few months go by and nothing. Then find out the Richmond location is closed and is merged with the sugarland office. Bet. Called the sugarland office to be told they originally didn’t see the overpayment. She was nice and checked the old system and boom there it was. She said she would get it escalated so I can receive the payment. Here it is November and I have yet to receive anything. If this was a small $20 I wouldn’t bother, but it’s not. All these phone calls and waiting and to be sitting here with still no check. It makes me think that they just want your money and hope you forget about it and leave them alone. That’s not how you do business.
