Smile City is absolutely amazing. From our first visit, Dr. Jacob and his team put our family at ease and explained everything fully and walked us through every step. There have been no surprises, they’ve done quality work, and any time we have an issue at all, they get us in for an appointment immediately. I know a lot of people who are unhappy with the orthodontist they’ve chosen for their kids, and I’ve even experienced a few who just don’t seem to care. Smile City is not that kind of place and I’m so happy that we chose them to be our kids orthodontist.

We went in for a consultation and I was very impressed by how thorough the process was. Dr. Jacob took his time to explain the treatment plan and what to expect. His wife also was very warming and made sure we felt at home. We look forward to this process and what’s to come! Definitely would recommend!This ortho office is the best. They are very accommodating and I wouldn’t go any place else!

I would highly recommend Smile City Orthodontics. This is a professionally run organization! Dr. Jacob and his staff are knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to schedule the initial consultation and subsequent visits for dental braces for my teenager in a very timely manner even during the holidays. Dr. Jacob and his team helped our son to be very comfortable during the process and he was well informed every step of the way. We are thankful for the excellent and quality care!

Dr. Jacob is a well experienced orthodontist. He took his time to answer all the questions I asked I detail. My daughter was so excited to get her braces done today. We highly recommend Dr. Jacob for your kids braces, feel like family when we go in and Dr. Jacob is exceptional in what's he does. Our kids like it so much going there, they don’t feel like going to a doctor's Office because Dr. Jacob, as well as the staff are so friendly and caring and is a very welcoming atmosphere there. This place is so clean and fresh and it's quick in and out.

All 3 of our kids have started their orthodontic journey with Dr. Jacob recently and it has been such a pleasant experience thus far. Very honest, sincere and knowledgeable doctor! They truly care about their patients which I find to be very rare. These days if you find a great doctor then you should do anything to make sure they stick around. This is by no way a paid review. I randomly came in to take my step daughter to get her braces removed and I was shocked at the level of care and sincerity we were provided with. I would recommend anyone to trust this practice with whatever orthodontist need you or especially your kids may require!
