Dr. Touni and his staff are great! They are so supportive, detail-oriented, accommodating and friendly. Dr. Touni and his staff really take the time to get to know you, and make you feel welcome every time you walk into the office.Special shoutout to Tina for being the best!! Having you there to greet everyone and keep the office in order is such a refreshing start to any appointment.Dr. Touni is not only all of the things mentioned above, but he is also an amazing orthodontist. I have no orthodontic knowledge or background, but him and his staff made me feel involved and informed during every step of my braces journey. I am more impressed with my results than I thought possible.Finally, Dr. Touni and his staff will not just forget about you after your braces are removed. They have continued to support me while getting used to my retainers, and will always make the time to answer any questions I have.

I had an Invisalign treatment done here and the orthodontist couldn’t make any significant progress for a 2 year plan within a 4 year span.The receptionist is also very incompetent and immature, she holds grudges and will treat you nasty after you’ve arrived late for an appointment (despite this office always seeing u 30 minutes past hour appointment date).This office also forces you to leave good reviews and edit your reviews after leaving a bad one but this one will remain unchanged.

I started my orthodontic 9 months ago, with deep bite and overjet.Dr Touni and his staff have been very skilled and professional and my treatment is going well. Mine is a more complicated case and I appreciate Dr Touni and staff accommodating my case as needed. For example, my aligners kept breaking due to grinding, and it was remediated satisfactorily.Tina is wonderful and is always ready to help.If I were to nitpick, I would say the request-response times can be improved a bit, and if the treatment could go faster, that'd be even better.Overall, good experience and highly recommended orthodontist. Will update this review again upon completion of treatment.Update Oct 2023:As promised, here is an update on my treatment so far.It has been 3 years and 4 months and I am still in treatment. This is taking much longer than I expected. Lowered the rating to account for this delay. Will edit this once there is any. new update.

I had wonderful consultation experience at Dr. Touni Office. The subtle touch of a welcome message in the consultation office was heartwarming. Tina (member of staff) was very friendly and explained all the steps (Patient Form details, Panoramic XRays, Photos) in clear detail. For my specific case, Dr. Touni explained my current condition and treatment plan with annotations which helped my visualize the course of action.I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for orthodontia treatment.

This review has been overdue. I had a small underbite and was self-conscious about my smile. I decided to take the leap and get adult braces. This was in 2018 when I lived in Sunnyvale. I then moved to Fremont and also went through a pregnancy; they were kind enough to understand the time I was unable to come in after my delivery. Then covid came and they had great strict precautions to limit the spread once the state allowed Dental visits. That made me feel comfortable since im a germaphobe.During the whole process, Dr. Touni answered all of my questions in detail and gave me his professional advice and instruction whenever I needed. The Ortho assistants performed excellent work on my teeth and were extremely professional, friendly, and gentle. They all contributed to achieving the goal of changing my smile. I'm now enjoying my smile and will miss them as we all created a wonderful friendship after 4+ years I was a patient. I Will definitely recommend Dr Touni's office over and over again!

Worst dentist and service ever! The dentist did not perform the treatment as planned. He made up his own plans without discussing with the patient; leaving the patient in confusion as a result. Thus, I decided to end the treatment earlier this year. It's been half a year now and they have not refunded the full amount that I paid for the treatment that was not performed. Please do not go here and save yourself headaches and emotional turmoil by going to other dentists in Bay Area.

Since my wife has wanted to do straighten up her teeth, we listened to our dentist and she was referred here. I decided that I would give the treatment as a gift for our anniversary. This has turned out to be the biggest mistake. Over the past year, there have been many confusions and miscommunications that she has been left with. Thus, my wife ended the treatment at the beginning of this year. Up until now, she always has to reach out to contact his staff requesting our money back but no success. Dr. Touni did not perform any treatment for her but ultimately prolonged the whole process of refund. Now, she is assigned to their self claimed “financial care provider” just a week ago and this person only works on Tuesday - which is one day per week! How ridiculous! Please educate yourself and save yourself time, energy and mental health by going somewhere else!P/S: Dear Dr. Touni, since I’m the one who is responsible for her treatment payment, I have my full rights to raise voice about this situation! Please refund the money back. We already paid in full, no treatment was made and half a year already passed. Do you really want to sweep this matter under the rug?

Dr. Touni and his staff have been wonderful. My kiddos are on their second phase with their braces, this is almos 3 going to 4 years working with Dr. Touni. Prior to pandemic, I enjoyed our Saturday appointments as his office was very welcoming and loved their coffee stand! It has been really a pleasure working with Dr. Touni. Tina is wonderful, always greeting everyone politely and happy! Dr. Touni and his whole team are wonderful! I highly recommend him!
