It’s been just a couple of months since I trusted this wonderful team to help me achieve my beautiful smile, I am close to 40’s and having braces at this age is quiet challenging. I’ve been treated with so much respect every single time. Dr Kristen, Dr Penny and the rest of the team are amazing! Bevy is the sweetest😀It’s been more than a year since I started my ortho journey with this amazing team, I miss gabbi she used to be my favorite then she left and Maria is now my best ever person, she’s professional in her work and her attitude is wonderful all the time.

Amazing group!Both of my son's received services and I was completely satisfied with services from Dr. Penny and Dr. Kristen.Laura and Kathy are so professional and kind and treat you as if you were family.But Kathy, hands down is the greatest. Sawgrass Orthodontics is by far an amazing group that has been with me through my journey. Every time I come in for my visits, I am immediately greeted and feel welcomed. Dr. Penny always takes her time and is very thorough about her expectations for the next visit. Veronica is usually my hygienist and she is sweet, gentle, and understands the importance of making her patient’s feel comfortable during wire replacements. I cannot express enough how highly I recommend visiting Dr. Penny, and her wonderful staff with your kids (or yourself if you’re an adult like me) if you are looking to start your dental brace journey. 5 stars isn’t enough.

I had made a couple of appointments with different orthodontists and never had an easy feeling about the companies. My dentist had referred me to them and from the start just walking into the office everyone makes you feel so welcome! All of my questions were answered and explained so me and my child knew what was happening and what would happen next. We left our consultation and all my daughter would ask me is when can we go back to see Dr. Penny? She loves her and will never go anywhere else. She is amazing!!

I love this place! They are soo professional and caring! All of the staff and Doctors truly know what they are doing and ensure you are taken care of. I have recommended family and friends to come fix any teeth concerns with them. The price is fair and well worth the amount of service they provide. It trully feels like a family everytime I go! 10/10! You want a pretty smile!? They will provide!

Overall:My children have been seen by Sawgrass Orthodontists since they were each 7 years old (12 years with them). This office have not just become the best part of the orthodontic process for my kids; they have become family. We have shared good moments and sad moments. But their professionalism along with their kindness has had us coming back and recommending them to everyone we know. Don’t think you can find anyone better.Office and staff:These are the best people I have come to know. From the front desk, phone calls, technicians and all others. They work with you as best as possible and take into consideration your thoughts and life style (arranging appointments). I have never encountered any rudeness or feelings of being disregarded or not heard. They explain the process to detail and will express concern with the clients if they are not doing their part of the work. They walk the process with you.The office(s) have always been clean and attractive. The attention to details in decor are wonderful, very modern. Scheduling is flexible.Thank you Dr Kristen and Dr. Penny, along with all the staff, for being a huge part of our lives. You are amazing!

We have been going to Sawgrass Orthodontics for the past 10 years. I have three children that have been, or still going through the process. We were referred to Sawgrass after a previous orthodontist wanted to do things that benefited their profits instead of my child. As soon as we walked in to Sawgrass Orthodontics and met with Dr. Penny, she scaled back the aggressiveness of the previous orthodontist and put us at ease. I am on my third child going through braces and we have been nothing but super happy. Dr. Penny and Dr. Kristen really do take the time with each patient and with their parents. The staff is amazing , and despite having to hunt me down, sometimes to make my follow up appointments, they always do it with a smile, and with a great attitude! I would recommend Sawgrass Orthodontics to anybody without hesitation!

Can’t say enough good things about Sawgrass Orthodontics! Dr. Kristen and Dr. Penny are a great team! Their patient and caring approach was just what I was looking for. Dr Kristen took the time to make sure I was happy with my teeth before finishing my Invisalign treatment. All of their team members are professional, friendly and very helpful. Both office locations are convenient to get to, as I used both throughout my treatment. I highly recommend Sawgrass Orthodontics!
