Sirius Orthodontics: Syracuse Location

Staff is very kind, communicative, and responsive to needs (i.e. last min appt for broken wire, etc). Only have exp w/teenager. Cost was about $5600 (we paid in full upfront). Personally, I also wanted corrective services, too, but after initial visit, they never got back to me. Maybe they didn't feel they could help me (as an older adult). That's ok.. no harm, no foul.. Dr Paciorek was able to help & has been amazing. TIP: be aware that diff ortho practices have diff retainer policies.. some don't include retainer (approx $400-800 per set), while others include only 1 set w/option to purchase extra or purchase insurance. Sirius Ortho only offers 1 set incl w/option to purchase 2nd "backup" set at same time. We declined buying extra set. Felt that would only be valuable if used in near future, else could plastic degrade? Maybe mouth changes (jawbone) as an adult & a diff set needs to be made. Or, maybe the orig retainer degrades. Would be much more interested in retainer insurance. Currently, Sirius Ortho does not offer this. Bummer.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Vitkus and the team at Sirius Orthodontics. They are extremely thorough in helping you evaluate your options. The office is lovely and well-run; never running behind on appointments and all of the technicians and staff are professional and operate to a high standard. I have had braces and invisalign multiple times over the years and this is hands down the best Orthodontist I've been to - the results are great and thanks to Dr. Vitkus, I have a long term maintenance plan to ensure I don't need even more orthodontic work done in the future! :D

Both of my children are finally done with their Invisalign and they both came out terrific. The entire staff are beyond fantastic always bending over backwards to help anyway, they can became friends with me and my kids absolutely fantastic. Cannot say enough about them. Doctors again also fantastic understanding and actually lots of fun highly recommend you bring your kids here. I had braces in the early 80s and basically had 6 pounds of steel in my teeth for a year and a half so Invisalign is definitely a step up!

I have a permanent retainer from an orthodontist in another city that ended up breaking. I called around to multiple orthodontist offices in the area and no one was willing to see me to help with repair or to even talk different retainer options. Finally, I got ahold of Sirius Orthodontics and they were so kind getting me in the next day for an appointment . I ended up opting for a new retainer to be worn at night since permanent retainers can break easily (this had already happened to me a few years ago). If you need an orthodontist I highly recommend giving them a call!

My 7 year old has anxiety about going to the dentist. When her dentist stated she needed to go see an orthodontist, I was nervous due to her anxiety. Her dentist recommendation Franklin Square and I called them and scheduled an appointment. They are AMAZING! They are so understanding and my daughter loves going to her appointments. After her first appointment, she said she wanted to work there when she grows up! We highly recommended them especially if your child has anxiety about going to the dentist!

The office is at a great location, and has a great atmosphere. Staffs are very friendly, felt welcomed from the moment we entered the office. The initial consultation staff did a wonderful job explaining the whole treatment process. The doctor was very knowledgeable, and very patient answering all of our questions and concerns. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make any decisions right away. Based on our initial experience here, we give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

I cant say enough good things about Franklin Square Orthodontics. I didn't think I would be a candidate for Invisalign, when I went for my consultation they assured me I was and took me through step by step how my Invisalign journey would go. After 2 years my teeth have never looked better. I would recommend them for anyone who is either starting their orthodontic journey or has been through it once before and like me didn't wear their retainers. They will make sure your teeth look the best they can and in a timeframe that makes sense.

Working with Dr. Vitkus and Dr. Meharg has been an absolute dream. Everyone on their team is exceptional and has always made me feel so comfortable.At now 38 years old, I'm happy with my smile. My bite is completely fixed and my 12mm overjet is gone, and my self esteem is the best it has ever been.I never thought my smile could look like this. I can't thank everyone there enough for the care I received while I was a patient.Going to Franklin Square was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I loved my experience with Franklin Square Orthodontics! I had braces as a teen, but did not wear my retainer. As an adult, I was self-conscious of my smile in pictures and wanted to correct my teeth again. After my initial meeting with FSO, they set me up on a plan for Invisalign. Dr. Vitkus and the entire staff were incredibly kind and caring throughout. I always looked forward to my appointments. And now I love my smile!
