Dr. Guzman is an artist. This is my second gum graft and again, I had no pain after surgery. I also had an implant done with no problem. Dr. Guzman takes the time to answer all my questions and is always kind and patient.The staff is endlessly professional, friendly and polite. Kudos to Judith, my dental hygienist. This will be my second time with Dr. Colon and his staff at Periodontal Associates. On every visit the staff has been professional and beyond kind in helping me understand procedures, treatment, expectations, etc. Dr. Colon explains things thoroughly, providing all options possible. He is patient and takes the time to listen . My experience with Periodontal Associates has been excellent.

I want to give a special thanks to Mrs. Tina, my dental hygienist .She by far one of the best hygienists. she's’ caring and passionate about her patients. I want to personally and publicly thank her. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received from North Florida Periodontics and Dr. Zellner. Dealing with an abscess caused by my wisdom tooth cracking my molar was incredibly painful, but from the moment I stepped into their office, I knew I was in good hands. I just love how pain free and comfortable the periodontal teeth cleaning is completed by Judith. She goes the extra mile to ensure that I’m comfortable and receiving the best care possible. She is the epitome of what a professional person should be. In addition, Dr. Guzman always comes in after the cleaning and does discuss any finding(s) with me. Dr. Guzman is so good in giving advice about any concerns and the best treatment to go forward with. I’m very fortunate to have them working as a team to ensure I’m receiving top notch periodontal care.

I was very anxious about my first visit. I have sever combat PTSD. I was referred by the VA. 100% of the staff made me feel safe and comfortable. All the staff took as much time as needed to explain step by step what was happening before and during the visit. I would recommend this practice for any procedure. Not looking forward to the procedure they have to do but I would but glad I am trusting this practice.

I was referred to Periodontal Associates by the VA for dental treatment. My treatment plan and experience has been great thus far. The staff makes you feel welcomed and like a family from the time you enter the building. Dr. Zellner and his assistant Shayla are a great team. They explained my treatment plan in detail, assured me that they would take care of me and treatment me like family and not just a patient. Dr. Z will hold conversations to make you feel comfortable and address any questions and concerns. After my procedure, they followed up with phone calls to ensure everything and the healing process was going as planned. I highly recommend Periodontal Associates.
