Redemption Orthodontics

Overall, a fair rating of 2 stars is warranted. While they have diversified their practice since my initial visit at the Tiny Teeth location, I'm disappointed by the inconvenience of receiving a letter indicating I'm $50 short without the option to pay online. Additionally, the wait times are excessive, and implementing text message notifications for delays of 15-30 minutes would greatly improve the experience. My insurance company & I have paid over $5,000 for braces now I can’t pay I have to come in person.

I am really picky when it comes to doctors, mainly because i don't like drs that rush through the visit plus poor practice. However, I highly recommend Dr. Carlos exactly because he took his time to explain every detail, answer every question with good attitude, as well as did a great job on the start of my Invisalign treatment. It made it easier for me also that he is fluent in Spanish, and has a positive attitude.

My experience today was great and the staff was so professional. My appointment was scheduled at a later time but I was able to get moved up which was so convenient for me. I had a great experience with Don with getting my brackets replaced. The entire staff was nice and helpful. The price was in my price range and I would recommend anyone who’s trying to get a better smile at an unbeatable price to Redemption.
