Overall, a fair rating of 2 stars is warranted. While they have diversified their practice since my initial visit at the Tiny Teeth location, I'm disappointed by the inconvenience of receiving a letter indicating I'm $50 short without the option to pay online. Additionally, the wait times are excessive, and implementing text message notifications for delays of 15-30 minutes would greatly improve the experience. My insurance company & I have paid over $5,000 for braces now I can’t pay I have to come in person.

I am really picky when it comes to doctors, mainly because i don't like drs that rush through the visit plus poor practice. However, I highly recommend Dr. Carlos exactly because he took his time to explain every detail, answer every question with good attitude, as well as did a great job on the start of my Invisalign treatment. It made it easier for me also that he is fluent in Spanish, and has a positive attitude.

My experience today was great and the staff was so professional. My appointment was scheduled at a later time but I was able to get moved up which was so convenient for me. I had a great experience with Don with getting my brackets replaced. The entire staff was nice and helpful. The price was in my price range and I would recommend anyone who’s trying to get a better smile at an unbeatable price to Redemption.

Today I visited the Redemption orthodontist and I had an exceptional experience! The entire team is top-notch - friendly, clean, and efficient. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone made me feel welcome and well-cared for. My poking wire was clipped quickly and painlessly. I'm so impressed with the level of professionalism and care. Aorion is easily the best assistant dentist I have ever had. She explains everything in depth, answers any questions you have and has no problems helping you understand the answer. Redemption Orthodontics is the place to be! They treat everyone like family and the staff and Dr.’s explain everything so you know what is going on with your treatment!If you’re looking for orthodontic treatment where everyone shows love kindness, and a little laughter, I highly recommend this place.Janelle is the best! She has a contagious smile and energy that brings so much joy to the room! You will feel at home here!

Great friendly staff. Very prompt and responsive if I need anything. They are caring and listen. My son loves his braces , cant wait to get my daughter and my invisalign too.Great providers, would recommend!!

I am so glad I decided to go through redemption for my Invisalign. Everyone is so kind and you can tell they keep the Lord close in their business. Dr.taylor (both of them) are absolutely wonderful and the young man,Don that always assists with my Invisalign is wonderful as well!!! Their technology might not be brand new or super fancy but they make up for it in hospitality and talent. :)

My experience here is truly described as a peaceful and most positive one you can feel the peace of God here I truly love the staff and the owners I’m so glad to be apart of such a great organization and the Bible scripture on the shirts I already have 1 and plan to get another my next visit my son love his pain free new look he smile soo much and laugh more then ever thanks for giving my son Andre’ his confidence back I couldn’t ask for anything else and they even as for prayers afterwards.10 out of 10 I highly recommend. 🏽

Redemption Orthodontics has great staff and provided excellent service. My adult son went for a permanent retainer removal. They got him in quickly, made recommendations based on his needs, and got him fitted for a new set of removable retainers right away. The new retainers were ready for pickup in less than 2 weeks. We were referred by a neighbor friend. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend them!
