The caliber of staff at Bivens Orthodontics is top notch! From the time I walked in the door to the time I left it was nothing but a positive atmosphere and everybody seemed to really enjoy their job. I also appreciate their state of the art technology, which meant none of those gooey impression trays and you know what those do to you, yuck! Saying YES to Bivens for my orthodontic care was an easy choice to make! I look forward to my Invisalign treatments! Thank you Bivens for making this 51 year old excited to start treatment!!

This place is amazing. You first start with the the face on of the building is clean the front desk are so polite and courteous. Everything is so clean, they have a game are while your waiting and drinks. When you get call back the whole area is clean and you notice they are prepare for anything to confort your teen. My teen had dry lips and they gave her moisturizer. They are all pleasant the drs are so professional and friendly. I definitely have never seen and office like this.

I had a GREAT visit today with Dr. Biven, he took the necessary time to explain in detail all my concerns about the reason of the black triangles while my teeth are moving with the Invisalign treatment, and informed me of the different options available. After 12 months, I am now waiting for my last set of trays to complete my treatment, and needless to say I'm am happy with my smile so far, and I'm looking forward to the finale!!😁Will most definitely recommend Dr. Biven for your orthodontist treatment.

I had the best experience with Dr. Bivens, Heather, Melissa, and the staff. They made me feel welcomed and understood and helped walk me through my upcoming treatment step-by-step.Quick backstory for myself - I am nearing 40 and have overcrowding and cross-bite issues. Growing up, my parents did not have benefits to help me and in my adulthood, aside from general cleaning and maintenance dentist appointments, I have never considered doing anything with my teeth until recently.If your story is similar to mine, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Bivens ASAP. I am looking forward to my journey over the next 18 months!

I'm very pleased with almost all of Bivens Orthodontics. The staff there is friendly and communication regarding scheduling and billing is great! They send out plenty if reminders about appointment and take calls immediately or call right back. Initial clinicians were very thorough and made us both feel at home! And I love the feel of the office. Adorable!Only reason I didn't give five stars, when my daughter had her invisiline placed this week, i did not feel the clinician had the necessary experience to install the appliance. She showed my daughter how to take them out and put them in but my daughter really did not get it. She is REALLY struggling with it and when in the office, she was really struggling as well. The clinician did not have the patience to see what she was doing wrong and give her effective pointers on how to do it.(as per usual with people in their early 20s) Nor was she intuitive doing the oral procedure, drilling, glue, buffing off the glue, spraying and suctioning was sloppy and uncomfortable. having chemicals, glue, tooth particles and water in your throat with an appliance holding your mouth open can be scary, and requires experience and finess that she was lacking. Because she didn't get effective teaching, my daughter is not wanting to take the aligners out as often as she should so shes not eating when she should. I dont have the experience to really show her. We also were not guided to any resources of how to do it. Just handed a bag of applicnces. And told the schedule of changing them. In the bag I found how to clean them with a website that we will sit down and look at tonight, but i didnt discover that resource until later when I looked through the bag. My suggestion...when placing the appliance initially, have someone who has a lot of experience so they can effectively teach patients of all ages and learning abilities..Maybe take more time working with the girl who placed the applince.Again I am very pleased with all aspects of BivensOrthodontics, accept having an inexperienced clinician place the appliance.

Dr Biven and team from day one were always amazing . We had a long Journey as my daughter Kylie had some serious teeth issues . Today we cried as they celebrated her last day with braces and Invisalign. We cried in joy as this child was bullied and not confident with her smile and today she smiles with beautiful align teeth. Dr Biven and team always were a warm welcome and made every moment easy. You not only made a child confidence level boost she really enjoyed the experience and felt welcome and care for and will be back just to say hi and show off her 😃.

Although I’ve only been twice so far the people here are great. They were very gentle with me while examining and installing my aligners. They also educated me on the upkeep as we well as the whole treatment plan projections for my Invisalign journey which helped the little nerves I had . I am grateful to have been referred here.

Dr Bivens and his office are superior. It's been a year since I got my Invisalign with him and my teeth are straighter than ever. I could have been done today, but he made sure that some small spaces in my teeth I was worried about were taken care of and assigned me some more aligners with no hesitation. His patience and perfection is something everyone should experience.

I absolutely love how Dr. Bivens takes care of all his patients and his staff is great. Our son is on the spectrum and they take extra care with him because he gets so scared. I love how the clinic is clean and the staff uses aseptic technique, whereas other places Ive been do not. That is one of the reasons why I chose Bivens. The other reason is the technology. AMAZING!!!! I gave four stars because I wanted our son to have the traditional wire/bracket braces. I was questioned as to why I wanted that for our son. I explained and then I eventually ended up putting him in Invisalign (I had already expressed that I did not like these and did not think it was the best for him). So, I left out of there felling extremely pressured into buying them. And why…???? One…..I was told Dr. Bivens made traditional AND Invisalign the SAME PRICE!!! And the main thing……that sticker on the door that says he is a “diamond seller of Invisalign”!!! He has to maintain that status!!! And last, it’s all about money.So if you don’t care about money……and don’t care about being pressured…..go for it!!!! Other than that, they are superb!!!!

Great staff and quick service! The office is always super clean and welcoming.They truly will take care of you - I started with Invisalign and there's been a couple of my teeth that just won't budge, so I've had to reserve to getting metal braces. Dr. Bivens gives you the option to either keep the way they are or make it even more perfect! I can't wait to see the results after I'm done with my treatment in the next couple months.Definitely recommend them!
