The caliber of staff at Bivens Orthodontics is top notch! From the time I walked in the door to the time I left it was nothing but a positive atmosphere and everybody seemed to really enjoy their job. I also appreciate their state of the art technology, which meant none of those gooey impression trays and you know what those do to you, yuck! Saying YES to Bivens for my orthodontic care was an easy choice to make! I look forward to my Invisalign treatments! Thank you Bivens for making this 51 year old excited to start treatment!!

This place is amazing. You first start with the the face on of the building is clean the front desk are so polite and courteous. Everything is so clean, they have a game are while your waiting and drinks. When you get call back the whole area is clean and you notice they are prepare for anything to confort your teen. My teen had dry lips and they gave her moisturizer. They are all pleasant the drs are so professional and friendly. I definitely have never seen and office like this.

I had a GREAT visit today with Dr. Biven, he took the necessary time to explain in detail all my concerns about the reason of the black triangles while my teeth are moving with the Invisalign treatment, and informed me of the different options available. After 12 months, I am now waiting for my last set of trays to complete my treatment, and needless to say I'm am happy with my smile so far, and I'm looking forward to the finale!!😁Will most definitely recommend Dr. Biven for your orthodontist treatment.

I had the best experience with Dr. Bivens, Heather, Melissa, and the staff. They made me feel welcomed and understood and helped walk me through my upcoming treatment step-by-step.Quick backstory for myself - I am nearing 40 and have overcrowding and cross-bite issues. Growing up, my parents did not have benefits to help me and in my adulthood, aside from general cleaning and maintenance dentist appointments, I have never considered doing anything with my teeth until recently.If your story is similar to mine, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Bivens ASAP. I am looking forward to my journey over the next 18 months!

Dr Biven and team from day one were always amazing . We had a long Journey as my daughter Kylie had some serious teeth issues . Today we cried as they celebrated her last day with braces and Invisalign. We cried in joy as this child was bullied and not confident with her smile and today she smiles with beautiful align teeth. Dr Biven and team always were a warm welcome and made every moment easy. You not only made a child confidence level boost she really enjoyed the experience and felt welcome and care for and will be back just to say hi and show off her 😃.

Although I’ve only been twice so far the people here are great. They were very gentle with me while examining and installing my aligners. They also educated me on the upkeep as we well as the whole treatment plan projections for my Invisalign journey which helped the little nerves I had . I am grateful to have been referred here.

Dr Bivens and his office are superior. It's been a year since I got my Invisalign with him and my teeth are straighter than ever. I could have been done today, but he made sure that some small spaces in my teeth I was worried about were taken care of and assigned me some more aligners with no hesitation. His patience and perfection is something everyone should experience.

Great staff and quick service! The office is always super clean and welcoming.They truly will take care of you - I started with Invisalign and there's been a couple of my teeth that just won't budge, so I've had to reserve to getting metal braces. Dr. Bivens gives you the option to either keep the way they are or make it even more perfect! I can't wait to see the results after I'm done with my treatment in the next couple months.Definitely recommend them!

Super kind and professional. Would recommend their practice to any age group! An update, I've done my dental and periodontal work. It's been a journey. I got scanned for my Invisalign's today. I have full trust in their process, all three of my caregiver's we're in communication. I wasn't an easy case for sure. Modern orthodontics are much better than the 90's! Highly recommend and will to anyone I talk to!

Im really happy with my Invisalign experience. Bivens uses an application for your phone so you can upload photos of your progress weekly to keep you on track and ensure you get the results you’re looking for. When I was half way through my treatment he asked for feedback and was able to customize my treatment based on some minor changes I wanted to see. I would highly recommend using this office for Invisalign!
