I must say that I have never been to a dentist with such care and concern for the overall health of my teeth. Dr. Briggs and his staff are awesome!!! I would recommend Carrollwood Smiles to anyone that would like to have a great smile and be treated with sincere kindness.Dr. Briggs did an Excellent job with my dental care needs as well as my Invisiline treatment. 😁

When I came in yesterday, I was near the point of fainting. The front office staff got me water, fanned me, and brought me food. They got me into a chair before they even had my insurance confirmed to be able to relax. They helped me fill out the paperwork. They brought a fan into the room. An kept a close eye on me.Dr. Briggs saw me in a reasonable time frame, especially considering that I had no appointment. He confirmed we needed to remove my wisdom teeth, and I was given the cost before anything was done.Dr. Briggs and his assistant stayed till almost 8 pm to get the job done. Today, I received a follow-up call from Dr. Briggs checking on me! Wow is all I can say!

I resigned from my job without enrolling in new dental insurance. Then, I received a call from Priscila at Carrollwood Smile, where my favorite dentist, Dr. Storm Briggs, practices. Priscila took the time to explain my financial situation regarding the cost of treatment. To my surprise, she managed to schedule my appointment and update my billing using a credit from my former employer. Without her persistence and patience, I wouldn't have sought treatment. Thank you so much, Priscila, and it's great to be back! And to have you back on the team to boot!

If you’re looking for a dentist, this is the place! Last week I chipped a chunk of my molar, couldn’t even drink water without being in excruciating pain. Luckily to my surprise, they were able to work me in the same day!! I did have to come back a couple hours after the x-rays/consult but that’s only because I was an emergency visit and they had other patients scheduled. I did not mind at all since the Doc and his wonderful staff accommodated me after hours on a Friday evening!! I mean seriously who does that lol on top of it, Dr. Briggs called me personally on the weekend to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. It just shows you how much they care. Today I had my new patient visit with a cleaning. Zero complaints, everyone is amazing! Anyways stop looking and just make an appointment :)

I came in as an emergency patient with severe tooth pain because my dentist was unavailable. From the moment I entered the office, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff were all very sweet and the Dr was friendly, thorough and helped me feel at ease. He listened and helped me come up with a plan for dental health and I am no longer nervous about going to the dentist. I have found my dental home and will be bringing my family here as well. I highly recommend this office and everyone in it. Fantastic experience.

I have a severe headache from a cavity and infection in a rear molar. I was told by another dentist that it needed pulling, but they were too busy to handle it, so I tried this place after calling an emergency dental hotline. They spent hours making mistakes with the X rays and disputing the other dentist's x rays and diagnosis and refused to call them for information when asked to, then refused to do what I needed because they felt there was nothing wrong with the tooth. They seemed more interested in pushing a general cleaning or root canal, than actually addressing my emergency and I'm still in pain.

I broke a crown on one of my teeth and my own dentist was not available for a week. I went online to find an emergency dentist and found Carrollwood Smiles. I left a request for an appointment and got a call next morning before the ey d Ed can opened. They worked me in that morning and all was good. Everyone in the office was welcoming and helpful. I’m really tempted to change dentists!! I mean who ever has a good time at the dentist!

Great place for dental work. From the doctor to the staff, everybody there is professional, friendly and respectful. I'm very hesitant about going to the dentist but the staff and doctor made my visit a breeze, listing to my concerns and having patience with me. I even drive an hour from my home because of how great they treat me. Absolutely love this dentist office.

They treated me spectacularly, the place is very nice as well as all the staff, they speak English and Spanish; Ailyn was the person who took care of me throughout the beginning of the consultation, she performed the cleaning and all the x-rays, I loved her treatment and the delicate way in which she performed all the procedures, I recommend them 100%

Excellent service by both office staff and dentist. All were exceptionally comforting and kind. I had an extraction and was extremely anxious, so much so I was out of the chair and ready to leave, having a full blown panic attack. The dentist and assistant were so understanding and patient with me so I was eventually able to proceed. They were very skilled, explained every step, asked about my comfort often and there was no pain. I probably would not have gone ahead had they not been so accomadating. Would highly recommend.
