A very warm and welcoming staff, from the check- in process to leaving. Everyone was very friendly, polite and answered any questions or concerns I had. Everyone explained and walked me through everything that they were going to do. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time and was pretty nervous about what to expect...I had not so very pleasant memories as a child of the dentist...but I was more relaxed after arriving. Would definitely recommend Impressive Smiles Tampa and Doctor Courtney Mayor and staff to family and friends.

I have been so happy to have found Impressive smiles! Everyone is top notch professionals while making you feel like you’re family. This is my 3rd year with them for my dental health and their referrals are to the best of the best in their fields. I got my oral surgeon and my Orthodontist through them. I can’t say enough except I highly recommend them.

Having been a patient for many years, I have always received excellent care from Dr. Yop and Dr Mayor as well as Monica, whom I have been seeing for many years.They have always been able to diagnose and conservatively treat any dental problem I've had. The office has accommodated me on the occasion of several dental emergencies. I've always felt they really cared about my health and welfare.Based on those years of being a patient of Impressive Smiles, I can highly recommend them..

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. My children came out so excited about telling me what they learned about the difference between plaque and tartar. All of the ladies there have worked with us and have had the best relationship and patience with us. I would highly recommend anyone to this office. Especially if you are new to the area!!

I’m an Army Veteran and I have been a patient since 2018 and my experience has been absolutely wonderful.Before coming to Impressive Smiles I hated the dentist, but Dr. Perez changed that and he changed my life by giving me a beautiful smile something that I haven’t had in a long time.Since Dr. Perez has retired Dr. Mayor and her staff has continued with the same excellence that I was use to.

Dr Mayor and her entire staff are just the best! They are the most compassionate people who truly care and want the best for their patients. Dr Mayor is so sweet…I had a bike accident and needed to be seen she got me in quickly and was so gentle in her approach to helping me. She did an incredible job on the bonding…no one could tell I broke my teeth in half. She is so smart, knowledgeable, and caring. I truly can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Mayor saw me today for a small crack on a front tooth. She examined me and did an x-ray. She is patient and thorough. She discussed my options.I have also seen Dr. Yopp who also works at Impressive Smiles. Dr. Perez retired but Dr. Mayor and Dr. Yopp are both terrific. I strongly recommend them both.I'd also like to mention Monica, the dental hygienist there. She is the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a cleaning.Five stars.

My husband and I were looking for a trustworthy practice that was in our best interest and not just focused on sales. This practice is just that. They always do great work and when I have had any discomfort they get me right in. I have complete confidence in the knowledge of these dentists and would highly recommend this practice. They never push products on us but give us the knowledge and service to keep our teeth healthy!

I've been going to Impressive Smiles Tampa for over 3 years now and they are like family. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with sincerity and love by Miss Juanita. I am always well taken care of (my teeth too) when I leave and if I am not satisfied, the staff will do whatever is needed to ensure that I leave satisfied. They are flexible with my crazy work schedule and has even sent me a card when I wasnt feeling well. Sam always ask about my family and is genuine in nature which makes the appointment less stressful no matter how long I am sitting in the chair. These are the kind of things that means a lot to me. My fear of going to the dentist is now a fear of the past and I couldn't ask for a better team 😀Thank you all ❤️

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have a comfort menu there which includes charging your cell phone, water and more. The staff took the time to explain each step in the process for both x-rays, cleaning and the doctor's evaluation. I also liked that they texted for appointment and medicine reminders. It's a great dental experience.
