This office is fantastic, from the moment you open the door, the customer service is excellent, the Doctor and his assistant are super friendly, they give you peace of mind, confidence and understanding. The doctor explained everything to me with great command and knowledge. They have already scheduled my next appointment and I feel very calm and happy. I have to point out that since I have lived in the USA, this is the first time I have found such perfect service. Dr JPT and his staff did a great job! I have had many cleanings for over 20 straight years and I can honestly say they have taken the lead on all other visits with dental offices. They took their time and gave great information for maintenance of my teeth and most importantly of all they were not pushy! I left there with a New Tampa Smile. No pun intended! Thanks again!

Beyond GREAT experience with the Dr and his staff!From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, they were amazing. Very clean office and state of the art equipment. Dr. Tavares has hands of silk! I went in for a broken tooth, had an extraction and did not feel any pain. The staff is excelent communicating.They explain pros/cons and walk you through the procedures making you feel at ease. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. First time there everyone seem genuinely interested in what they are doing just did pictures of teeth will go back to get wisdom pulled so we we will see how it goes I think they are really great I got the wisdom teeth pulled out it was a good experience I'll be back thanks for everything. Here's my experience: I was in a horrible crash that completely changed my life. Dr. Tavares helped me in my lowest point in my life. I will forever be grateful by how much he and his team helped me. They treated me like family and felt at ease during my procedure. His dental work is immaculate. My teeth look natural, as if I had never been in a car crash. I felt NO pain and their bed side manner was superb. Gloria and Amarellys were the nicest and helpful assistants. If you are planning on going with a different dental team, YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG. I promise you, Dr. Tavares will give you everything you would want and need from a dental health care professional. He works magic with his hands, you will not feel any pain, and he's an amazing person guiding you to good health. Again, I will forever be grateful on the amazing job him and his team did for me.
