Dr. Kothari and the entire team at 914 Smiles are fantastic!My family and I have been coming to Dr. Kothari for many years and have had nothing but great experiences. He is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional in all of his interactions with patients.At my most recent visit, Katherine and Danielle made sure my experience was optimal by being kind, informative, and addressing all of my concerns.You should definitely consider this practice for your dental needs!

Dr. Kothari was a great Doctor in my orthodontic experience. He made me feel welcomed and informed me about all the procedures. Doc was professional throughout my experience and was flexible with my schedule. I had my braces for about 11 months and I can tell you that I love my new smile. The office is huge and clean. The Doctor's staff are respectful and are always willing to answer any questions you may have.Excellent atmosphere. Glad I came here to get my teeth straightened and would recommend to anyone young or old.

This office, from the front desk staff, to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Kothari himself, made my entire experience so painless and easy. I would 100% recommend 914 Smiles to anyone. I have a ton of anxiety with dentists, so when I had to get my permanent wire behind my teeth replaced and did not have an orthodontist in NY (I moved here about 2 years ago), I had no idea what to do. I was recommended to see Dr. Kothari and I am SO glad I was. The front desk staff was SO patient and kind with me on the phone gathering my information and making the appointment, the hygienist (who's name I cannot remember I am so sorry!) was SO kind and explained everything to me, and Dr. Kothari was thorough and described everything to me before he did it. Also, I was told upfront the cost on the phone and that's exactly how much it was. Absolutely would recommend this practice to ANYONE!!!

From the first phone call to every interaction with Dr. Kumar and the staff at 914 Smiles is pure joy. They are genuinely nice and caring and treat my daughter like she is VIP. The office is super clean with new equipment and very kid friendly.Dr. Kumar is very thorough and attentive to providing proactive and preventative care. My daughter’s oral health has improved drastically since we have been going to 914 Smiles bc they make it a pleasure to go to the dentist!

This office was simply amazing. My son is 3 and on the spectrum and after having my son dreading dentist appointments because of his previous dentist office, we decided to try 914Smiles and I was so pleased. My son allowed the doctor to not only examine his teeth but also brush his teeth with the electric toothbrush!! Let me tell you how huge this is - my son hates anything vibration wise and he was so calm cool and collected. I definitely recommend!! They were very sweet and thoughtful as my son and daughter were having fun with all the equipment haha. If you’re thinking about having your child go - just do it!

Everything was very nice and professional. The receptionist was great. Ashley met us in the room and took the x-rays and was extremely professional and fun, great with the kid. Doctor Kumar is also a professional, patient and explained everything in detail. Recommend to any parent.Edit: Had a second appointment for the child that was more involved - using gas and filling cavities. It went amazingly, another assistant who's name I didn't catch was also phenomenal. It was not stressful for my child at all and I'm beyond impressed. If the first visit was 5 stars, this one would be 6 out of 5 but google doesn't allow it.

My special needs son is typically petrified of the dentist but this was a whole new experience for us ! Everything was amazing the dentist was the sweetest most compassionate person her assistant was friendly and helpful! She worked with my son and made him comfortable with every step. She explained everything to me and my son, she was very upfront about costs and treatment! My son will no longer dread his dentist appointments ☺️ Thank you so much 914 smiles !!!!

The doctors and staff were nice the first time then I call to let them know I’ll be late 5 mins they told me np and I called once again when I was 2 blocks away and they said they can’t see me and they canceled my son appointment I walked in demanding all my sons paperwork and never went back and highly disappointed with that type of attitude and there was no one else waiting in the office I would understand if there was a office full of appointments and people but not even one person no more of my service
