Esthetic Professionals

I look forward to each and every visit to “Esthetic Professionals”. Over the last 2 years other things have taken preference, however, my last visit proved to be as comfortable and pleasant as always. If you are looking for the most up to date equipment and professional up to date personnel, this is the place.Even in times of emergencies, the office will try desperately to get you in, and they do. They also did not try to sell me something I did not need. A nice change from the rest of the medical field.

Dr. Kristi is amazing! I had some cosmetic work done last year on my front teeth and the end results are stunning. She is a perfectionist like me and we spent a lot of time making sure everything looked just right so that I was happy. Her office is extremely clean and everyone is very friendly (especially her assistant Cynetta). I enjoyed my experience so much that I have continued going to Esthetic Professionals for regular cleanings. 10/10 highly recommend!

From ElaineDr. Bruce Crispin has been my dentist for some years, and I have been very happy with the successful results over time (my teeth have been a bit problematic because compromised by gum disease and I have had both crowns and implants.)Not only do I highly recommend Dr. Crispin, but I also want to note that the staff at Aesthetic Professionals in my experience is efficient, accommodating and pleasant.

There was a mixup with my appointment date and time, which was frustrating since I live 45 minutes from the office and didn’t want to have to come back another day. Fortunately the team was able to move appointments around and see me that day after only a brief wait. I am very grateful for the Esthetic team and their diligent customer service!

EP makes service commitments they don't keep, stop returning your calls, and will leave you finding someone else to fix their mess. I wouldn't recommend them at all.BTW - How about returning the many phone & email messages left for you months ago...instead of asking people to call you back again! Such nerve to ask people to call you again after stiffing them!

I wish there was a sixth star I could award Dr. Crispin and his team. I realize this is supposed to be about his daughter, Kristi, but I did not work with her directly. I am posting because it is safe to assume, since they work next to each other, that Kristi displays the same professional excellence her father does.I was very nervous about getting the full-mouth restoration my dentist said I needed: i.e. a cap on every tooth in one big operation to replace worn, thin biting surfaces that were headed for hard-to-repair trouble. This is more than just capping teeth; the adjusted "bite" -- the way all the teeth meet, with tolerances in small fractions of a millimeter -- has to be perfect. It couldn't be done piecemeal; too many moving parts. It had to be a comprehensive process. It was going to be time-consuming and uncomfortable, very expensive and at the end, I feared, I'd sport a face full of white piano keys unsuited to my age. Dr. Crispin consulted with me several times; he was clearly interested in what I wanted, rather than in pumping out a cookie-cutter product. I finally worked up the nerve to write a check and pass "Go".My fears couldn't have been more misplaced. Yes, it was expensive, but after seeing what a FMR takes to accomplish, not surprisingly so. It wasn't all that uncomfortable, either -- and the finished product looks natural and well-suited to my face and age. My bite is vastly improved; for the first time in years I feel as though I'm actually chewing my food properly.Dr. Bruce Crispin is the prosthodontist who teaches other dentists how to do restorations, implants and every aspect of cosmetic dentistry. Because his clinic doubles as a school, it features all the latest equipment for making complex dental work precise and speedy. His lab is onsite (very unusual!), and Keith, the ceramicist who actually makes the veneers, onlays and crowns, is a true artist who works directly with the patient to achieve a customized effect. Marbely and Cynetta, his caring assistants, work hard to make the experience as comfortable and efficient as possible.Dr. Crispin is a good listener who is sincerely dedicated to a good outcome. His daughter, Kristi, has her practice at the clinic, too. It's a great operation: warm, friendly and organized. If you've got one bad tooth or a mouthful, teeth you've always hated or, like me, ones you've ground down to a nub, Esthetic Professionals is the answer for you! (And no, I'm not Dr. Crispin's brother or his agent, just a very satisfied customer.)NOTE: It is now several years after I wrote the above comments. I was just at the EP office yesterday and continue to be impressed by the smooth and pleasant functioning of the office and, of course, the excellent dental care I receive.

A few years I relocated to downtown Los Angeles from the San Fernando Valley. Previously all my dental care was done at Eesthetic Professionals. My dental insurance provided me a list of dentists telling me to call anyone on the list with no recommendations. The first after a set of x-rays told me I I just needed dental cleaning and had no cavities. I knew this was false. I then proceeded down the list and called another dentist who gave me an extensive treatment plan. Being a bit rattled I decided to pay for a second opinion from Dr. Bruce Crispin. His exam and recommendation was excellent!! I decided it was worth the drive for his professional expertise. Rick Feldman

I was reluctant to go in to have one of my crowns re cemented (after 4 months of lockdown) until I was sure that as a senior I would be in a safe environment.I was not surprised that the office was not only following all recommendations for reopening, but going above and beyond to ensure the safety of the patients and staff.Dr Crispin thank you for being such a caring professional

I'm in the completion process of a full mouth restoration from Dr. Kristi Crispin. She is kind, professional, experienced and very detailed. She clearly explained every step along the way and ensured that I fully understood. Her expertise and precision, which are critical to this process absolutely come through. It's evident she truly cares about her patients and the outcome of each case; going above and beyond to make everything the best it can be. Dr. Kristi's assistant, Cynetta is wonderful. She too is professional, kind, focused and very good at what she does. I 100% fully recommend Dr. Kristi and her staff for any service they provide from the smallest to the most extensive.
