Snow Orthodontics - Tehachapi

We paid 3k for treatment that you said would take two years. Now it’s been 5 years and you wanna charge me 210 a month for 9 more months because treatment is taking longer than you expected, and there was one missed appointment?? So why did I pay in full 3k for a full treatment and sign paperwork stating so, and I’m getting less than that? What did you do with my money? Because now you sound money hungry. So because I can’t afford to pay for a full treatment again, the braces have to be removed and my husband has crooked teeth. Thanks Snow. You really SHOULDN’T have.

I recently visited the Tehachapi office for an evaluation appointment and was very impressed with my entire experience. The staff are friendly and polite (and not in an overbearing, sales-pitchy way which sometimes happens to me in medical offices), and the office seems extremely efficient. Highly recommend working with Snow Orthodontics!

Very nice staff. However I feel they are unorganized. I went after my 16 weeks to get my next 16 aligners. The dental assistant helping me forgot to give me my rubber-bands. I had to remind them that I should be getting rubber-bands to correct my overbite. Also, when I first got my aligners they never gave me the starter case kit, I had to ask for that at this appt as well. They are very nice there. However I feel that I should not have to double check their work.

Snow is the best!!!! I had taken my daughter to a dentist that told me my her front top tooth would never come down and the root was never going to form. That it needed to be removed and she would be toothless until she was older and could get a implant and she needed braces… I decided to wait on the surgery to get a second opinion when I took her to snow to set up for braces he was very knowledgeable and explained how the root system works and that he didn’t think we needed to remove the tooth … we were able to do a surgery that fixed the problem and saved her front tooth!!! She now has all of her teeth and braces on!!!! The staff is amazing and fast.. 100% I recommend them… I’m so thankful for what they did for my little girl. She will have a Beautiful smile thanks to them.

Worst place ever. They constantly accept new patients making your appointment as far as 3 months out when they’re supposed to be once or twice every month. Because of this I was told my braces were supposed to be over 2-3 years ago.Your better off getting them done by your dentist. Or going to Bakersfield/Lancaster 🙄

After 8 months or so of treatment, I was diagnosed with cancer. The office called to confirm an appointment, I let them know, the office staff told me to call back when I was done w/ treatment, that they wouldn't see me while undergoing cancer treatment. When I went in today (a bit over a year since cancer treatment began)to have the attachments removed, Dr Snow didn't care, asked if I got the name of thevperson who refused to allow me to be seen(which to my fault, I didn't) and then had me sign a release stating I was having my appliances removed against their recommendation. If I had been seen during the last year, I probably wouldnt still beed any type of additional work. But that doesn't seem to matter. After all this, I don't recommend going there.

My mother went in for an appointment they had, running about 10 minutes late (from the time what was on the confirmation text). Lady at the front desk was the most rude person we’ve ever encountered, calling her dumb for being late and refusing to provide ANY customer service. The worst place you could go to in town, i do not recommend to anyone.

I've had great experiences with this office. They went over all my options for my kids' teeth and made clear recommendations. Every visit is timely and friendly and the next appointment is made right away. My kids have some dental anxiety but everyone explains what is going on to them and has helped them stay stress free. With the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions they did an amazing job- we were the only ones in the office for an appointment, front desk and every station was either being cleaned or had just been cleaned, and they got us in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible, which was much appreciated!
