I am person who is more concerned with results than anything else. Dr Jergensen came across as extremely knowledgeable and straightforward very nice guy. We came to the office for a second opinion after having our orthodontist encourage us to pull 2 teeth in order to get our daughters teeth straightened “faster”. Dr Jergensen explained if you pull 2 teeth it won’t shorten her tongue and it will change her facial structure. Everything in regards his opinion regarding my daughter’s teeth made sense and definitely left me feeling that we would be in great hands if we followed his treatment plan. The equipment in the office is up to date. And the employees were friendly. I will have to drive a bit further for treatment but I will do whatever it takes to make sure my daughter gets what is in her best interest.

I have braces, I went through the TMJ process first and now I’m going through straightening my teeth and the myofascial exercises and mouthpiece. It is certainly making a difference in the experience it’s helping me to breathe better, and keeping my mouth and tongue in the correct place. Eventually, I hope to breathe well and sleep well while looking well looking beautiful at the same time! Thank you Paulina and Dr Tal for all your help!!!

Great Orthodontist, Dr. Jergensen was very thorough when explaining the ortho work I needed pertaining to braces, the staff is awesome, very friendly, they treat their patients like family, Kudos to Sally, Jessica, Heather and Alexa all were very nice, very cordial, very friendly, Sally was very thorough explaining the cost and different payment options. I definitely recommend using this Orthodontist if you need ortho work, braces etc.

First, let it be said that Doctors Jergensen and Pesh at Miles of Smiles are nothing short of incredible! Experts, personable, fun and very comforting to their patients! That said, I don't know how they could be so great without their amazing staff:OCTOBER- Great atmosphere, great technicians, assistants and doctors! Professional, through and always informative as to your plan, the staff also take time to know you beyond just your appointment concerns and are prompt with "emergency" visits (minor issues popping up between appointments). As a new resident of Temecula I visited approx 8 orthos and my first visit with Miles of Smiles I knew it was the one for me. Dr. Jergensen personally spoke to me and provided realistic options and details to acheive the smile I wanted and needed. At the age of 47 he was very encouraging and I am glad I decided to start my teatment.Miles of Smiles offers comfortable payment plans and treatments such as braces and invisalign. Keep in mind, health and beauty comes with a cost but so does quality.Miles of Smiles has the best assistants who get along very well and carry on great energy. All are very caring and gentle. They will always address your concerns to Dr. Jergenson and/or Dr. Hope, so rest assured they will always be addressed. I appreciated how the Dr’s took the time to teach the assistants so they could understand and learn furthermore.Miles of Smiles will also work with your dentist hand in hand to ensure treatment is acheived.The admin/front office staff does not fall short from professionalism and kindness. These girls actually know you by name regardless of how many patients are in the waiting room. Setting up appts to work with your schedule was never a problem. The office is very nice, and equipped to entertain, they provide the essentials needed for treatment, a brushing area with all the ammenities. They also have surround sound music playing all sorts of genres which I always enjoyed.I am nearing the end of my treatment and I will def miss my ortho family. My teeth are straight and I smile larger.Look no further, I highly recommend Miles of Smiles.

I have super sensitive teeth and this team always seem to make the process so easy for me. I got my attachments removed today and I can’t be more pleasured with the results, whoop! I’m very thankful for this team especially Shelby, WOW is she awesome!! You HAVE to request her!!The front girls always seem to remember me which makes check-in a breeze, thanks Heather and Alexa for remembering me! Doctor Ray I appreciate your soft paws which makes this girl feel super comfortable. The BEST team EVER!!

My two children are patients here and always have a wonderful experience during their visits. The entire team including front and back of the house is friendly, thorough and they each genuinely care about the patients. Their scheduling group is beyond understanding and go out of their way to find a perfect fit each and every time. I am so glad we found such a wonderful, caring group of individuals team to provide treatment for my two children.

I go to this ortho and do Invisalign with them . I had never had a bad experience until about a week ago when I was getting scanned for new liners. The woman helping me was rude and not helpful at all. I told her multiple times that I was missing hooks and my liners were slipping out because of the missing hooks. After being ignored after they even said they would deal with it, the woman who was working with me took me to get scanned for a new set , and she was very rude the whole time. But the worst was when she was scanning my teeth. They have to use a rod type of thing to take pics of your teeth , and it’s very big. I have a smaller mouth, so I can’t open super wide. Instead of trying to tell me to open wider or anything like that, she shoved it into the back of my Jaw , and it popped it open , and has been clicking when I close my mouth since. I told her it hurt and my eyes were even watering, but I was ignored again, and once I got up to leave , she didn’t say anything and told me where the exit was. I expect better from a “high end” orthodontics place that I pay lots of money to go to. This was ridiculous and I’m upset I didn’t get her name. 0/10 experience.
