The office is clean and beautifully set up. Delisa & Stephanie was amazing and was very patient with my son while in the process installing his braces .

I had a consultation today at Imagine Orthodontic Studio Temple Terrace location. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. Front desk was welcoming and all very helpful. The wait time was less than 5 minutes to be called in the back for my X-rays . Stephanie took my X-rays and went through the different kind of braces they offer. She’s absolutely the most sweetest person! So down to earth and answered all my questions and any concerns I had. Stephanie provided me with my treatment plan amount and also provided me with payment plan information. Earlier that day I went into another Ortho office and was quoted double the amount Imagine quoted me. So of course I went with Imagine and I don’t regret it at all! At Imagine they were able to get me in same day to start treatment with just a small down payment. Doctor Chacon made me feel super comfortable and answered all my questions. The doctor made me feel like it was okay to have all these questions. You could definitely tell that at Imagine they truly do care about you as a patient. Thank you Brittany for taking your time on putting my braces on and for explaining all my after care.Thank you everyone for making me feel super comfortable at your office today.
