Do your research before going here. Dentist is good. The staff for the most part is good. However, the 1,000 off when you get the braces that same day is no good as they will add 1,000 under "other". If you have insurance DEFINITELY do not fall for this! Let them send in a pre verification to your insurance company. Review your copay and make sure you will be charged correctly before signing a contract! Once you sign a contract they make it difficult to speak to regarding insurance issues. Assuming every policy is the same and getting upset because it is addressed, is just unprofessional. We all make mistakes and apologizing and correcting them is what is right. Your insurance company will tell you who's in network and who they recommend. Go to where your insurance recommends! My insurance placed me on hold to try to speak to them regarding some of the incorrect claims so they can correct it as they were WRONG and they insisted on them sending in a email instead of speaking with them. However they spoke to me and basically stated they had nothing to speak to the insurance about . Do your research, save yourself the headache !

Everything you see and hear online about how amazing imagine orthodontic studio is what you get in person . Today we started the process of my son getting braces after his consultation. The office is clean and beautifully set up. Delisa & Stephanie was amazing and was very patient with my son while in the process installing his braces .

I'm very happy with most of the staff. I feel like the staff needs more customer service training. Some can be very rude when it comes to answering questions 🙄. And the financial department definitely needs help. The financial department filled out my claim incorrectly and didn't provide the correct information to the insurance company. Additionally never followed up or contacted myself with any updates. When I called and spoke with a young lady, she was very rude. Hopefully they will correct this issue.

I would like to preface that my review is not one star due to the lovely lady (I wish I got her name) that assisted me today and helped me cancel my appointment with such short notice.I was interested in their Retainer Assurance Program and had made 2 calls to confirm details regarding this program. The gentleman on the phone, Jonathan, lacked professionalism off the bat. Shouting “bet” and “yerr” on the phone when I was wanting to proceed in scheduling an appointment. The only reason I wanted to move forward was because of the information I received. Looking back at it, I wish I got to speak with someone else to triple check. My main concern was the duration of time for the program as I was shopping around the Tampa Bay area for a program worth its price. He had informed me it was for a “lifetime”, so I reiterated back to him “so it’s not for a set amount of years? it’s for forever?” and he said “for as long as our corporation says otherwise”.My appointment arrives and I see advertised on their screens that it is only 6 years. I asked the front desk and the lovely lady who helped me confirmed their retainer assurance program was for up to 6 years and that it was called the “lifetime program”. Jonathan had tried to lie and claim he informed me of that over the phone however, I was able to quote him on what he said and how I was misinformed. He did apologize, but I hope he learned in the future not to misguide people genuinely inquiring on the phone. I also hope he learned to ask a peer if he doesn’t know something instead of reassuring a client twice about false information.I am very disappointed, but grateful this business has a welcoming front desk staff that was very understanding of the situation and did not charge me for canceling. I decided to move forward with another orthodontist in the end.

Our experience at Imagine Orthodontic Studio is always pleasant. The front desk staff is always welcoming and check in's are a breeze. Thank you Dr Chacon as we transition to achieve my son's dream smile.Thank you to all the team members that helped with installing his expander and follow up appointments. I had a consultation today at Imagine Orthodontic Studio Temple Terrace location. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. Front desk was welcoming and all very helpful. The wait time was less than 5 minutes to be called in the back for my X-rays . Stephanie took my X-rays and went through the different kind of braces they offer. She’s absolutely the most sweetest person! So down to earth and answered all my questions and any concerns I had. Stephanie provided me with my treatment plan amount and also provided me with payment plan information. Earlier that day I went into another Ortho office and was quoted double the amount Imagine quoted me. So of course I went with Imagine and I don’t regret it at all! At Imagine they were able to get me in same day to start treatment with just a small down payment. Doctor Chacon made me feel super comfortable and answered all my questions. The doctor made me feel like it was okay to have all these questions. You could definitely tell that at Imagine they truly do care about you as a patient. Thank you Brittany for taking your time on putting my braces on and for explaining all my after care.Thank you everyone for making me feel super comfortable at your office today. If I could give you all more than 5 stars I so would!

Me and my daughter had our appointments here in the Temple Terrace location. I must admit this was the best dental office I have ever seen in my life. The staff was nice and the Doctor was great. The billing manager was also nice as well. I gave them 4 stars because of how the billing is done when they are not use to your insurance covering 100% for braces. Although it was later explained that something was added that would " Never be covered" by my plan, i feel that this is something that should be told upfront. Regardless, I love the place. Just out of pocket 1400.00 that I was not aware was not covered.I was able to speak with Jonathan and I am pleased to say that this issue is now resolved.

This place is awesome and very genuine!! I totally recommend!! Its my first time getting braces but I can’t wait to see the Journey with Imagine Ortho! 😊Edit: Here I am 2 years and 4 months later and my results are amazing!! I’m super happy. They have taken awesome care of me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend their services and I love the atmosphere!! I was very impressed by the staff and the cleanliness of this facility, I made an appointment to get a quote for my sons braces. I will admit the quote I got here was a bit more than another location but overall what made me change my mind was Stephanie and her kindness to us , as well as the Dr.Camacho with being straight forward on what my sons dental care was needed. And that left me with a great impression as well as the educational video on what he needed. My son is super excited for his braces , and glad that not only did I walk in to get a quote but we left with a full service plan. We got the $1,000 discount with was awesome along with lily bae promo along with a FREE Stanley for doing the service same day , I’m so happy that I found this place. I highly recommend for any orthodontics work. Thank you to Stephanie, Brittany & Dr. Camacho , you guys are amazing !!!

Don’t let the FAKE SMILES fool you they want to sell everything because that’s what they are told to do ohhh and the braces they won’t say it but the girl laughed when I asked her that’s how I know it’s true but it’s very clear that if u get the regular basic color for brackets its a lot less money then the regular silver braces and the techs there gets more money/bonuses when u pick colors that’s why it’s so pushed. The reviews seem off because they have people leave a review during an appointment because the techs get stuff for them. It’s a cute office though. I’m very observant and by visiting this office twice to waste my time and energy I will never return or recommend.
