I absolutely love smile at the world orthodontics. I got my braces on senior year of high school and it was very hard for me to go through as I had a late start to braces compared to all my peers. Dr. Knowles and his team may be very comfortable with the whole process. I am no longer embarrassed of my smile. Shout out to my favorites Tammy, Rachel and Chelsey!

My treatment coordinator, Araceli was amazing! The consultation was not rushed. She took her time and answered all of my questions and made the process so easy. Dr. Knowles was also amazing! He went over all of my options and helped me choose what was best for me, not just picking the most expensive option. He made me feel comfortable with my decision and he even stayed after hours to put my braces on and made sure I left happy! My ortho assistant (I believe her name is Andy) was awesome! I was a little nervous about having my braces on but Andy helped ease my nerves. She didn’t just sit me in the chair and slap some braces on. She walked me through all the steps and took her time even though it was already after closing hours. If you’re looking for a great affordable orthodontics, this is the place! Words cannot describe how appreciative I am to Dr. Knowles and the team. They are some of the kindest and caring people in dentistry. Appointments always take around 30 minutes, detailed and efficient. In addition, the facility is neat and goes above & beyond with the commodities that are provided. If you are looking for an honest orthodontist who does right by his patients, Dr. Knowles at SATW is who you are looking for.I came in last month for a re-gluing of my permanent bottom retainer as it had come unglued on one side, but within a month it fell back out. Today, he did not charge me to get it fixed back up. I had already paid and everything! I made no indication that I was trying to get a discount or refund whatsoever, and I honestly wasn't expecting one. Dr. Knowles took it upon himself to offer this to me. It is refreshing to see that there are professionals in healthcare like Dr. Knowles who practice honesty and integrity.

Our experience at SATW Orthodontics was great! From speaking with Gaby(treatment coordinator) who was very kind and informative, sitting with Dr. Knowles who was very caring and made you feel at home in his office, to ending up in the chair with Cynthia(dental assistant) who was the sweetest. She explained everything throughly and helped my daughter keep her experience at the office exciting. Everyone is very friendly! I highly recommend this location if you are seeking ortho work. We are excited for our daughter’s future visits at SATW!

Smile at the world has the best staff! They are so kind and thoughtful. I got braces with my daughter and definitely do not regret it. The whole process was so easy. I was scheduled with my daughter for all of my appointments. I would already have been bringing her, so it was so easy for me as well. LOVE my new smile!!!! Recommend 100%

We just moved here to Texas. We were referred/recommended to go here. I am So glad we did. SATW is family friendly oriented. Which is a huge plus.. I use to work in Dental for many years and I love the flow of Dr. Knowles and how involved he is and has a great team behind him..My son is in phase 1 of his ortho process and we enjoy coming here.Mr.Knowles is very nice. Office makes you feel like family once you step in. The environment is clean,up to date, wonderful staff and are knowledgeable in ortho. We enjoyed working with Cynthia and another lady but I cannot remember her name. Anyone we work with are very nice,patient and really have patient care qualities. Thank you SATW !!

Best Orthodontist around, and the staff is amazing, no matter how many times I had to go and get something fixed before my next appointment they never said anything negative. FYI I NEVER made it through to the next appointment without having to come I 😂. I can’t help that I love ❤️ ribs but they are not good for braces. Best experience ever, forever grateful!

I was very scared to be getting braces at the age of 40 but, the staff at SATWO are amazing! They are all so friendly and helpful with any questions I have. If I have any issues with my braces I have an appointment the next day. Im glad I chose to come here for my braces. A couple of my friends have also been and have nothing but great things to say!

Smile at the World has been amazing! I decided to get braces in my 40’s and I was extremely nervous. The entire staff was so nice each and every time I had a visit. My experience has been wonderful. They always greeted me with friendly smiles and took care of all of my needs. My once crooked smile that I was embarrassed about is now absolutely perfect and beautiful!
