I am at my first job with my own insurance so I was nervous about the cost of my treatment being complicated, but they explained everything really well in a way I could understand. Dr. Kang was very attentive and answered all my questions, and the rest of the staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The office was very modern and I loved the vibes. I really recommend going here!

The staff are always friendly. Even when my daughter was having issues with her teeth separating after her braces were off, they took the time to see her and installed a permanent retainer at no extra cost. They even gave her a set of new retainers to fit with it. She has always been seen immediately upon arrival and we have never had to wait.

I’ve had braces 3 different times and hands down Elate has been the best experience! The doctors are amazing and they have the best costumer service! I haven’t had braces in about 3 years and I still refer people to them! I did also just finish Invisalign treatment with them (I was really bad at not losing my retainers) and I’m glad I went back to elate nothing has changed since 2019 when I first went!

We have asked around for referrals for orthodontics for our son Chance when we were ready and we are so happy that we ended with Elate Orthodontics . Dr Khang and Dr B has the best tandem and staffs that made the whole journey and experience as pleasant as possible . We couldn’t be any happier with our sons new smile . We wish Elate more power and we will refer their practice in a heart beat .

Highly recommend! Dr's and staff are extremely courteous and care about their patients. Had interviewed 4 orthodontist practices and decided to go with Elate as it was the only one not to recommend an expander, and we are not disappointed in the least with the results. My son had lost his retainer while on vacation and they were able to squeeze us in upon returning and provide us with a new set. Great professional service all around!

My son just had his treatment done. His under bite issue have gotten a great result after 10 months of his treatment. The team are amazing and welcoming from the moment we step in. Dr. B and Kang were very nice and patient in explaining everything to us during our every visit. We went both the Colony and newly open one in Hollyhock, both clinic are so beautiful and clean. I highly recommend them for your orthodontics needs.

Every interaction with Elate from booking through the appointment has been excellent. We went in for a free consultation regarding Invisalign treatments, and everything was handled with such professionalism, clarity, and efficiency. We were very pleasantly surprised how well we were treated, and how well everyone working at Elate made everything so easy throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish Elate seriously takes into consideration every thing and is always there to help and do things the right way. I'm so glad that I decided to go to them, the way they run their practice is unmatched. I'd been to another orthodontist before and they were okay.
