Mediocre at best. Came in to get my permanent retainer reapplied after getting a root canal. Initially I was told my only options were to reapply the old bracket or get a removable retainer. I was also informed getting a removable retainer would be a higher charge (fitting, materials, etc.). After opting for reapplying the old bracket and getting that fixed, not only was I told I could've had a brand new permanent retainer, but they also charged me the same price as if I was getting a new permanent (or removeable) retainer. I brought it to their attention and they said there's nothing they can do except permit "one free reapplication" should the old bracket come unglued.Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Unprofessional communication and no transparency.Response to the owner: I tried to discuss further with you at the time of the issue but you refused to help any further.

Everyone at the clinic is just top notch, starting from the wonderful receptionists to Dr Hughes and his staff. Super professional and welcoming. Felt like I was at home and knew everyone for ages. If you need to get an Ortho treatment, look nowhere else. Dr Hughes is great at what he does, very thorough when it comes to explaining the treatment route he will take and overall, THE GOAT!Nicole, if you’re reading this, you are the best! Your energy and your presence is just awesome. May you always be smiling, prospering, and as great as you were today.

I would like to thank the team at Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics - The Woodlands, for the excellent service and promptness from the first contact and we are satisfied with the services we started with my daughter today, March 6, 2024. We especially thank Dr Rina for her attention and patience as an interlocutor and translator, and not least your orthodontic care with my daughter!
