Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics - The Woodlands

Mediocre at best. Came in to get my permanent retainer reapplied after getting a root canal. Initially I was told my only options were to reapply the old bracket or get a removable retainer. I was also informed getting a removable retainer would be a higher charge (fitting, materials, etc.). After opting for reapplying the old bracket and getting that fixed, not only was I told I could've had a brand new permanent retainer, but they also charged me the same price as if I was getting a new permanent (or removeable) retainer. I brought it to their attention and they said there's nothing they can do except permit "one free reapplication" should the old bracket come unglued.Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Unprofessional communication and no transparency.Response to the owner: I tried to discuss further with you at the time of the issue but you refused to help any further.

Everyone at the clinic is just top notch, starting from the wonderful receptionists to Dr Hughes and his staff. Super professional and welcoming. Felt like I was at home and knew everyone for ages. If you need to get an Ortho treatment, look nowhere else. Dr Hughes is great at what he does, very thorough when it comes to explaining the treatment route he will take and overall, THE GOAT!Nicole, if you’re reading this, you are the best! Your energy and your presence is just awesome. May you always be smiling, prospering, and as great as you were today.

I would like to thank the team at Hughes & Cozad Orthodontics - The Woodlands, for the excellent service and promptness from the first contact and we are satisfied with the services we started with my daughter today, March 6, 2024. We especially thank Dr Rina for her attention and patience as an interlocutor and translator, and not least your orthodontic care with my daughter!

Karen, Jill, Cassidy, Shauna, and Kim are always very polite with the patient and parents. Makes everyone comfortable and at home.Leisha was fantastic with my daughter as she was getting her braces off and also again when she received her retainer. Explaining in detail on how a retainer is used, cleaned, and if there are problems in the future.Maddie and Maddy took good care of her while doing x-rays and “post braces” snapshots.

Very nice practice in The Woodlands. I was pleased with the results. Aleena was the best nurse/assistant who took care of me. She was caring, exemplary at her work. Each visit with her was pleasant and perfect. I would strongly recommend her. My orthodontist was Dr. Hughes. He was very honest, kind, very professional and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Hughes and Cozad. I transferred in after having my braces (as an adult) already for about 14 months when I moved from out of state. I checked out a couple of different places online before my initial consult. From scheduling, reception, patient advocacy, finance, dental technicians, to the dentist - everyone I have come in contact with has been so friendly and wonderful to work with. At my consult I was disappointed to learn my treatment was going to take longer and be more costly than I had imagined. Dr. Cozad took the time to confer with my former orthodontist about my case and develop a treatment plan that shaved off a few months. Dr. Cozad did not have to do that, but it is clear he really cares. Ms. Sheila is so sweet and followed up with me after the call to share the news. Additionally, I want to sincerely thank Jamie for her help with our insured and supporting me with taking a shot at a claim to cover some of the costs. I know the insurer wanted tons of information and there was some back and forth, but because of Jamie's diligence it appears the insurance company will cover part. Even if it doesn't, I'm grateful that she even tried. There are so many wonderful people at Hughes & Cozad, I would mention everyone by name but my memory is faulty. I'm so happy to be a patient.

This is by far the best Orthodontist practice in town! The entire staff made my experience amazing from day 1 and never did I have any issues through the entire process of having my braces on. Make sure to ask for Leisha when you’re there, she rocks! She really made me feel comfortable and actually cared about my progress each visit. I never had to worry about a thing! If I could give a 10 Star rating I would! Thanks guys!!

Since the moment they welcomed us it was great, every single lady from the staff were absolutely amazing.Receptionist, Maddie, Mrs. T, Idalia and Dr. Hughes.The made my daughter feel good and not nervous at all.They took the time to explained to us everything. Very professional and honest.Beautiful location, everything was clean.We are definitly coming back in one year to start the treatment for my daughter.

The office was very welcoming and, as a new patient, that was a great feeling. Our treatment coordinator, Idalia did an amazing job at explaining the process to us and allaying any concerns we might have had. Dr. Cozad was equally as open and inviting as the rest of the staff and really gave us a sense of confidence that we'd chosen the right place. My sincerest thanks to you all!

Amazing Service. The staff is extremely friendly and you will most certainly feel at home here. Not to mention that the orthodontists know exactly what they are doing. As long as you do what they tell you to, you will be in and out of braces in no time. I am very satisfied with my brand new looking teeth and this orthopedic office. Would recommend to anyone.
