Dr Parnell And his staff did an amazing job extracting our daughter’s teeth for her orthodontics. They are professional, and kind and have a beautiful office. Thank you for taking care of our daughter of course when they have to be put under it’s nerve wracking but the entire process was flawless and safe and our daughter doesn’t have any pain and is recovering so nice! 10/10 I recommend this place for all my friends. I had dental surgery a few days ago with Dr. Parnell. It went very well, and I am very pleased with the experience from start to finish.I had not been to this office previously, and I had no prior treatment with this doctor. I found the office comfortable. All the staff members were warm and friendly as well as knowledgeable and efficient.The doctor himself was the best. He explained everything in detail before we got started and kept me informed in real time throughout the procedure. He made regular status checks to make sure I had no undue pain or discomfort. The procedure went just fine, with no major complications or deviations from the original plan.Dr. Parnell inspires confidence by his chair side manner and excellent communication skills as well as fine surgical technique. I had a very positive experience, and I give my highest recommendation.

Dr. Parnell’s office staff is great! They are friendly & efficient. We scheduled my son’s wisdom teeth extraction and received all of the necessary information quickly. Dr. Parnell handled the surgery smoothly and confidently. My son is recovering well. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Parnell and his staff. Excellent experience with Dr Hoffman and the entire team. I went to have an extraction and implant. No issues with my procedure. The procedure and timeline were clearly communicated, all my questions were answered, procedure went well and followup was great.Highly recommend Dr Hoffman and team.

I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman and his staff. Despite being terrified of the wisdom teeth removal surgery, I was treated with care and kindness. The team is very knowledgeable and made the entire experience less stressful. The post op instructions they provide are very helpful. I am happy to have found this doctor and my only regret is that I did not have the procedure done sooner. Do not hesitate to go see Dr. Hoffman!

I cannot praise this office enough. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and make you feel comfortable. With a massive fear of the dentist, finding one I am comfortable with is always a challenge…but with Dr. Parnell and staff, my fears are acknowledged and dealt with. I cannot find any reason not to give them 5 stars. I would highly recommend this office to family and friends.

I came to Northwest Tech Forest office for tooth implant. Dr. Parnell and his team really did great service ! So far I only had first step tooth extraction/bone graft done on the past Friday. I feel very comfortable(pressure relieve) to come back for 2nd step in 3 months. They care patient's feeling and tried to solve all your concerns. Dr. Parnell 's treatment plan is also straight forward which bring down the expensive dental bill! He also called me the next day after surgery just to follow up !I been to other dental clinics before Northwest for the same tooth issue, the charge rate here is much better/ reasonable/no surprise. Previously I received a crazy quote from Spring Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center after consultation. I was not sure several items on their treatment plan are necessary or not, anyway those items cause their bill way too high, so I gave up Spring Oral and came to Northwest instead.If you need a good service and affordable treatment for your teeth issue, I highly recommend this clinic.

I went in for a consult and Dr. Parnell and his staff answered all my questions about getting all four wisdom teeth removed, of which I was very anxious about since I’ve never been put under before.The day of the procedure went great. They quickly made me feel comfortable, then lights out. He gave my wife a run down of how I did and what to expect over the weekend. I even called the 24-hr line with a question about a stitch and Dr. Parnell called me within 5 min of placing that call.So far all is good and glad to have found him through referral by other friends that used him and his office.

I’m about 1 week out post wisdom tooth extraction. Everything from the initial consultation, to the price quote after insurance, to the pre-, intra-, and postoperative care went smoothly! I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Parnell and his staff. Dr. Parnell is extremely skilled at what he does and has great bedside manner. I’ve never had any procedures done nor needed sedation in the past, yet he eased my nerves and I felt very confident under his care. He personally called me the next day to see how I was doing, which says a lot about the high quality of care he provides. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Hoffman probably saved my life. I had a terrible infection that I had been suffering through due to a fear of dentists from previous experiences. I came in to see him and he calmly talked me through the whole process and we got it scheduled. Two days later and I had my surgery. The whole process was fantastic and I am happily pain free now.
