I recently switched to this dental office, and it turned out to be a wise decision. Every staff member was incredibly kind and polite in their interactions with me. The online services were user-friendly, and the text reminders were timely without being overly repetitive. From the front desk to the dentist and his assistant, the service provided was top-notch. I was so impressed that I’ve already convinced my wife to switch, and my son has his first appointment scheduled for tomorrow.

I was so impressed with Willow Creek Smiles! From the minute I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. My Dental Hygienist was proficient and personable and I enjoyed getting to know her. Dr.Nguyen was welcoming and I did not feel like just another patient or that I was being rushed through the exam. I cannot say enough good things about this office!

I am a big believer in thinking that top notch front office staff is essential for any business as they are the first impression clients have when you walk in the door, Willow Creek Smiles is no exception. My kids and I were greeted today with warm smiles and by name. After booking my kids' appointments online, Isabella and Paige took initiative to contact me directly (well after office hours) to accommodate my kids on the same day. They are hard working, knowledgeable, competent, professional and friendly. I look forward to meeting Dr Nguyen when I go back for my appointment.Having just moved to the area from Canada, I feel relieved that we have found the right dentist office for us!

The people here are really great. I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist, but recently had to switch from my long time dentist because of insurance. I also had to switch during a situation, not just a regular cleaning. They were able to get me right in and take care of my tooth quickly. Everyone was really friendly and Dr. Nguyen is very patient and kind. My kids see him as well!

So many things I could say about this place! Please go and try it for yourself. Front desk staff was so sweet, greeted by name and immediately made me feel so comfortable. All the staff is so amazing, very friendly and just all around awesome! I throughly enjoyed my time here, I loved every second of it. I’m honestly looking so forward to my next appointment! Would highly recommend to anyone and definitely will! My kiddo even loved it and he was so nervous to go. They were so sweet with him too.

By best dentist I've been to in years. All the staff is very friendly and very professional. They take the time to remember their patients and not alot of places do that anymore. Went in for some x-rays related to teeth pain and the work i needed and everything was explained to me. I loved that the dentist was very honest and told me he wasn't comfortable doing a certain procedure (which I understand) and referred me to an oral surgeon. I'll definitely recommend this dentist to anyone looking.

I've been going to Willow Creek Smiles for a little over a year and I'm really happy with them. They're always punctual, friendly, and take care to make sure you know exactly what they're doing and why. I don't get the sense that they're ever trying to upsell services, and I feel I can trust them to give me high quality care. My 4 year old also goes to this practice and they're great with him!

This was probably the best dental experience I have ever had. The office is exquisite, the ambience and decor is soothing, helps curb the dental anxiety, The entire staff is pleasing and polite. The dental rooms are set for wait time with wifi, netflix and other amenities. Their technology is state of the art. Absolutely great dental practice.

Beautiful, clean office!! I had a great first visit. The staff was very friendly and informative. From the beginning, Courtney was very helpful and flexible scheduling my appointment. Julia did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable, while explaining everything she was going to do. Dr.Nguyen was very nice and gave me his expertise advise on some cosmetic procedures I had questions about. I was very pleased with my visit and will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for a dentist!

Today, Dr. Tom did a long procedure on me (an hour and a half, I think). He was SO sweet about explaining EVERY step of what he was doing. It was my first time having nitrous oxide; that, along with his expert numbing injections made it so I only felt pressure — no pain during the whole thing!It certainly doesn’t hurt that he has a super cool system with a TV in the ceiling so patients can watch a favorite movie or series. Also, you wear hi-fidelity headphones so you don’t have to listen to all the clickity-clack and machinery as he works.Martin, his assistant, did a great job too. Vanessa, Mia, Courtney, and all the front office gals are totally cool, efficient, and, most of all, beautifully sweet and kind.Willowcreek Smiles also offers really easy flexible payment plans for those expensive procedures that come up every so often.ALL of our kids and my husband love Dr. Tom, his staff, and (actually) going to the dentist!
