Up on technology, up front with a plan and the future direction and cost, works well with no insurance individuals, friendly, easy parking, no hussel or Hassel going on, bottom line cost was approximately 15% less than others. Simple to schedule, not waiting 6 weeks out for an appointment, rather 4 days later after my initial first call.

Dr. Yamada has been my periodontist for well over a decade, during which time he has done multiple implants for me. Implants are one of the most difficult dental procedures to perform, and Dr. Yamada is a true expert at that and other periodontal procedures. My implants have held up perfectly over many years, without any sign of trouble. While Dr. Yamada’s skillfulness is enough reason for me to keep seeing him, his staff shines brightly as well. Gary, his dental hygienist, has been taking care of me for more than eight years. I’m over 80 years old, and Gary is one of the best hygienists who has ever treated me. The technicians who directly assist Dr. Yamada are also top of the line, and his office staff are, to a person, courteous, friendly, and efficient. One last, but most certainly not least, important thing: I believe it’s essential for one’s periodontist and general practice (GP) dentist to work together, and the cooperation I have witnessed between Dr. Yamada and my GP—the sharing of x-rays, treatment details, and handoffs (turning over post-implant procedures for which periodontal expertise isn’t required)—has been full and successful. With the periodontal work I needed having been expertly done, I’m now seeing Dr. Yamada and Gary once annually for cleaning and check-ups. That way, if I ever need further periodontal work, I know I’m in the best possible hands.

Totally agreed on this statement that Dr Lu John MD has the best chair-side manner. He is one of the experienced periodontist specialist ,very honest, transparent & most important their staff are easy to work on your bills !! I would say you that always be very careful while choosing the specialized dentist as per your needs , seriously Its 10 Stars ,i got my surgical treatment with out any single pain ,honestly his hands have some magic no kidding ,its a GOD's blessings towards him since he is genuine ,inside and outside clear and their staff are top of the line too 👌 💗 love & respect to all of you , see you guys in my future treatments and follow ups .Aadi (Syed)

My experience with IPI, has been very pleasant. The front office staff and the dental assistants go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. The new office gives you a feeling of tranquility when you walk in, and personally dental offices have never been like that for me. I see Dr. Yamada for treatment he’s great! He has a calm about him that makes me feel more relaxed able to get my treatment done and that’s not a thing easy to do.This is a great group of doctors, hygienist, dental assistants and a friendly front office that’s there to help you.

Doctor John Lo is the best.Yes, he has the best chair-side manner.He explains things as he goes along, that is very important to me. Especially, since I've had other not so good experiences with other dentist, not so transparent. He is reasonable, understanding and in tune with the patient's needs. I have seen Dr. Yamada for 5+ years now and and been very happy with his treatment. He is very honest, listens very well and always gives me the best option with the reasonable price.Office stuff are all friendly. They always answer the phone, never let it go to answering machine that is very important for me. The ease of making appointments is an extra plus. The office is very organized. I never waited for more than 10 minutes!

This review is based on first contact with this Dental clinic. NO SERVICES WAS CONSUMED".... Was researching online for highly rated dentists for a dental implant...However after my call to inquire about cost on a "single-tooth implant" before arriving for my appointment, they wouldn't disclose cost (at least estimate) unless I come in for a full mouth Xray/consultation that could last up to 1 hour, before they can tell me the cost and whats needed.I specifically told the lady, I know exactly what I need because I have had other consultations already with different dentists.Story short, I cancelled the appointment, called 2 more dentists on the list and in less than 3 mins calls, got detailed estimates. Even other dentist had pricing listed on their site.No matter how good you are, TRANSPARENCY wins. And everyone's time is of high value.

Dr. Yamada is very easy going and accommodating. During my procedure, I had a respiratory reaction to the local anesthesia and he was able to sit me upright so that I was more comfortable and finished my extraction with no complications. I totally recommend him to others.He’s also available by cell phone which is extremely rare and was able to send pain medication while I was on vacation in Hawaii.

Having my Implants for 20 years now and they are the best investments I ever made to make my life happier than I could ever have been!Dr. Yamada is the only doctor I really trust in my life.He earnestly thinking of the best result with greatest skill with knowledge and experiences.I wish him and his family a long and healthy, ever lasting life cause my life really depending on him so.My Hygienist Jenn there also my favorite one making my visiting so enjoyable to keep it in best condition!!!

This is a great professional practice that I highly recommend.The front office is friendly and efficient. The dental staff are thoughtful about patient comfort throughout.Dr. Lo is a highly-skilled surgeon in whom I have developed a lot of trust and confidence over the four years I have been coming here. He is a pleasure to work with, patiently explaining the procedure options and risks to help reach a shared doctor-patient decision. He has provided exceptionally conscientious follow up care. I am very happy with the results.I also see Jen for my prophylaxis visits. She is exceptionally thorough - more than anyone else who has ever cleaned my teeth, and she is fun. I actually now look forward to getting my teeth cleaned.
