Dr. Hu and his team are consistently amazing! So patient, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough. This is my second treatment with Dr. Hu. I loved my results the first time, but unfortunately, my first treatment was as a teenager, and I refused to wear my retainer. On the home stretch this time around and loving my results, again, so far! New Smile ensures that you are happy with your smile. Thank you, New Smile!

Dr. Hu and staff are amazing!! You always feel welcomed by the friendly staff when you arrive to your appointment. During and pos Covid-19, they followed regulations with maintaining a clean environment plus safety distancing. I liked that they explained details about my visit and always answered all of my questions. My experience went smooth for the almost two years of wearing braces. Now, I just wear my retainers plus I got permanent retainers on my bottom front teeth to prevent from my teeth from shifting back.I recommend Dr Hu and staff if you’re looking for an orthodontist with excellent ethics, service, and years of experience.

Again Dr. Hu and his staff never fails to make me smile 🤣 I broke a bracket and they gladly took me in and made an appointment there on the spot and replaced it right after, I feel so taken cared off whenever I come in and they are very understanding!!! Funny thing is that I broke another one today and called and they were happy to accommodate for an appointment if a patient ever cancels🤟🤟🤟 best orthodontist ever!!! Sincerely jarvis!!!

when I tell you that this is a five star office, it really is!!!This is officially my ortho care, I came in to get my braces today and I had the best experience ever. I’ve been coming in here since my first consultation which was on February, their staff is the best and nicest and most helpful staff ever, Dr. Hu is the chillest doctor you’d ever meet and he helps guid you through the treatments that you actually need!!! After my braces appointment today they helped me prep for my braces care and heads up on how painful the first encounter process is. Overall 5 star for the most organized, helpful and kindest office I want to!!! 🏼 🏼 🏼 🏼

I have been with Dr. Hu for many years and I am always impressed by the professionalism in his practice. Everything is clean and the front desk staff are very nice. The dental assistants are also nice and make sure to make my experience at the dentist as enjoyable as possible. The wait is not long at all, and Dr. Hu makes sure to explain everything really well. Everything goes smoothly at this practice, and I am a huge fan. I will make sure that I am a patient at this practice as long as possible!

Dr. Hu is THE BEST orthodontics you could ever ask for, hands down no questions asked. I’ve been a patient of his since I was a little girl in middle school and now I’m a college grad and his service and staff have only improved over the years. I just finished getting my braces off today and it’s so bitter sweet to think my time with New Smile Orthodontics is over. Half way through my treatment I moved to Los Angeles and was driving back and forth between Tracy and LA to come to my appointments and Dr. Hu and his team were always very accommodating and extremely helpful. I didn’t mind at all driving the miles and using up gas as long as he continued to be my Ortho Dr. I would do it again, my new smile and experience here made it all so worth it! I have been wanting to get my very crowded teeth straight since high school. The Doctor gave me options and took care of my teeth. It is absolutely the best experience and they give the best care. Everyone is so friendly and I love when they ask about my day. The Doctor cares about his patients and does excellent work on braces. I’m loving my new smile even though I still have my braces. I’m very glad I chose this place for braces. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to fix their smile, this is the place to go.

When I first came in for a consultation, the staff was and continue to be very accommodating and patient with me as I pester them with my never ending questions and worries. I just got my braces on today and Jennifer was the one that did the deed. Nothing but praises for her! She was wonderful with everything and constantly asked if I was doing okay and explained what she was doing throughout the whole process. My experience so far has been great and I look forward to completing my treatment here!
