Dr. Trosien and his team are exceptional at making every patient feel welcome and comfortable. By starting his office and the wonderful ladies working in the front are so welcoming and warm, every holiday or special occasion they have it nicely decorated and make it really fun for all the patients and parents who walk in. Dr. Trosien is extremely kind, funny, generous and made sure all my questions were answered. I always walked out of my appointments confident that my teeth would come out perfectly which they did thanks to Dr. Trosien and his amazing team. Trosien Orthodontics is the place I recommend to all my friends and family who are interested in braces or Invisalign. Getting braces as an adult was something I was always hesitant about but I am beyond content with the results and my treatment here it was all worth it!

My rating is only for the doctor’s behavior and personality. Most of the work is done by assistants and I don’t really know their qualifications. My daughter got her braces here.First my daughter complained of the wire poking her and assistant cut the excess off…After we reached home she still complained of wire poking her. This time we applied the given wax and I took it lightly. But to our surprise in an hour of putting braces, the brackets on the molars came off.I had to rush my daughter again over to the facility and the assistant took off the glue, per the doctor in first stage we don’t need them. To me it appeared like doctor or assistant don’t have clear plan of action for the patient.Later next day when her cheek swelled and had poking bruise we took her again, this time again hey cut the excess and allied it a day.So far I really had unsatisfactory service at this facility.

I’ve had 2 daughters who needed braces and one of them needed them twice! We have been at Trosien for it all! Our experience has always been positive from beginning to end. All of the staff have been so kind and helpful always answering our questions! I hope that we don’t have to do braces again but if we did, I’d do it here! Dr. Trosien and staff are absolutely wonderful and will take care of you. The receptionists and staff are super nice and welcoming. The staff always makes you feel comfortable and answers any questions youhave. Dr. Trosien took care of me and my two younger siblings, and couldn’t thank him enough for giving us our wonderful smiles. Thank you for giving me my confidence back and the lovely flowers!!

Being an adult getting braces can be exciting but also a little nerve wrecking, but Dr Trosien’s staff made me feel welcome and comfortable!! Dr Trosien sat with me and showed me various options (since I was aiming for a less noticeable type of brace), which made me feel comfortable and heard. Catarina was my first point of contact and she was friendly and always available to answer any questions I may have.A special recognition also goes to Eli who always greets me with a smile and does an exceptional job considering I have a different form of brace that goes behind my teeth. And of course Dr Trosien who is easy to talk to and always wears snazzy socks. :)10/10 recommend!

As an adult making the decision for Orthodontic treatment was a process that Dr. Trosien made very simple for me. I had consulted with other doctors prior to my consultation with Trosien. I knew immediately after my visit with him that he and his staff were who I was going to trust my investment with. Dr. Trosien is very personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He always answered my questions, and helped educate me through the process. His entire staff is very professional and his office was an environment that made the experience more enjoyable. Trosien is now servicing my daughters for their orthodontic needs, and we will refer this office to anyone we come across needing orthodontic care.

Went to Dr. Trosien for some ortho work. I had Invisalign as a teenager but 15 years later of not wearing my retainer, my teeth shifted and I started feeling insecure about my teeth. I went with clear aligner treatment again, my treatment was estimated to take around 6-12 months. Dr. Trosien and his team are very professional and experienced, I finally feel happy with my smile!

My experience with Dr. Trosien and crew of nice hardworking professionals was absolutely amazing, the entire treatment was like a breeze. Not to mention RDA Eli who was so caring and cautious throughout the process. I’m so thrilled that upon completion of treatment was surprised with a bouquet of fresh beautiful flowers. So grateful. I truly recommend Dr. Trozien’s awesome team!!!! Btw… I love my smile 😃 Thank you Dr Trosien.

Dr Trosien and his staff are amazing. We started this journey 4 years ago. It was a lot of work and dedication on all ! Dr Trosien made it easy and provided tons of info to put our minds at ease with the process. 3 kids came in with crooked teeth and left with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much again!! My experience here was so pleasant and welcoming. Starting with the desk staff to the hygienist’s to the doctor. They are very understand and listened to any concerns I had during my process with braces. I remembered leaving the office after one appointment and not having any problems but the next day one of my hooks was hurting my gums so I called and they were able to help that same day. Scheduling is a big thing for me and they are was always willing to accommodate my appointments. The doctor is the nicest and very personable! He’s wants you to happy with your smile and talked me through what was happening at every appointment I had. Being in my 20s and getting braces was not ideal for me but the time went by so fast and their work is great, couldn’t have asked for a better team.
