Update:My first visit Dr A fit me in on a Friday! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I love this dentist and staff it reminds me of my old dentist office in Texas 😁Dr A moved to a great new office. if you haven't visited him you need to! Everyone is great! Bad news though my husband got a job in Texas so we had to move back :( I will miss seeing everyone in the office. Thanks again for everything Dr A and staff!!I will be back!

I have been going to Dr. Annicchiarico for over a decade. Best dentist, best clinic staff ever. Love my dental hygienist, Janelle. My visit today though was less than satisfactory. I needed a filling for my chipped tooth and I think it was a new girl helping Dr. A, and she was not gentle at all. My mouth is so sore after the anesthetic wore off. She was jamming that suction like my mouth was made of steel. But I won't give you less than a 5 star just because of 1 person. But maybe train her better or find someone else.

Our visit to Glamorous Smile was wonderful! Jennifer, who did my check-up, was very good. She was gentle, talked with me about what she was doing, and made my visit very positive. Likewise, Dr. Annicchiarico, was very thorough and explained what he observed in a very clear, understandable way. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind as well. Great experience!

What a pleasant visit, everyone is always genuinely interested in us personally. Wonderful and friendly staff. Doctor Annicchiarico spents time to help us and was very thorough in his exam of our teeth. Janelle cleans our teeth and it’s always nice to see her, we know we’re going to get a really thorough cleaning and It’s always pleasant to go and get our teeth taken care of there. A Front desk staff member did not listen to my concerns about a tooth that was going rogue upon trying to make an appointment insisted that I do an implant that I can’t afford on Social Security disability and I wanted to do an alternative treatment which is available and cheaper and because she wouldn’t listen I ended up cursing at her that she’s effing not listening to me. Well that ended our conversation quickly. She stated the doctor doesn’t work his dental work around your finances. Talk about a disappointment. It’s fair to say the doctor he’s ok… although he also also upon my exam when I tried to discuss an upper tooth and what to do because that was my primary concern the first time I went to him this year He said we’ll discuss it another time. He was mainly concerned with working on the lower issue. I have which of courses the more bigger moneymaking. So I was disappointed in him for not listening to me, or hearing me or my needs. Funny thing is, I’m already seeing another dentist and have treatment in the works who actually listen to me my needs and working with me to accomplish them. Then today I receive the letter that they are going to part ways with me as a patient because I don’t wanna follow the Dentist treatment plan, and like I said, I can’t afford implants and now I wonder how many other patients are having an implants shoved down their throat that can’t actually afford it with this Dentistry office. Farewell, trust me, your business is not going to be missed in my life and to the front desk staff member , you are a horrible listener because all I was trying to do was make an appointment for that one tooth that was going bad and you turned it into more than it was.

Well from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the beautiful new receptionist and a beautiful new building! You can tell alot about a company through the people who work there. My Hygienist, Jennifer, was wonderful too. Very professional, always letting me know what she was doing and how long it would take! She was so gentle I could have gone to sleep!Ok so this is what I love about this practice. Dr. Annicchiarico is extremely nice just like his staff. The thing that will make me never leave his practice is this...he doesn't try to pick out your old fillings and he too is extremely gentle.Thank you Dr Annicchiarico and your staff for running a professional dentistry with gentle and kind professionals!

Dr. Annicchiarico is amazing and I cannot say enough about his staff. They are all the most amazing and caring staff i have ever experienced from the second you walk in the door and throughout your entire appointment. They genuinely care about you and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of and in my case that is exactly what I need. I never leave there unhappy or feeling like I'm not being 100% taken care of or that they are not giving me the best care out there.. Every appointment I am treated with so much care and not just once in a while.. The girls at the front desk are very sweet and make sure you that you are walking out happy and taken care of..
