Seven Springs Orthodontics

If you are looking for an orthodontist I highly recommend Seven Springs Orthodontics! Dr. Liy is amazing. He did such a great job with my son that I decided to have work done on my teeth too. I couldn’t be happier with our results!!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They walked us through every step of the process and what to expect. Such an easy and affordable process. I will continue to recommend them. Very satisfied!

Dr Graff treated our kids and we really benefited from his treatment and enjoyed his chit chats. Its a new practice there but I called up for some old references and Alanna B who is a scheduling coordinator went over and beyond to accommodate our request and help us out. We need more people like them both that make a difference.

Everyone is so welcoming from the moment you walk in the front door. Elaine in the front always is so friendly. The girls in the back take time to explain everything and you never feel rushed. A very warm family feel in the entire office. Stella is another friendly face in the office that always checks in with us when we come in for visits. The doctor is very calm in nature. He takes his time. Answers any and all questions. I think he was the perfect person to take over the office. He has a great team.

Super nice staff. Super professional. They do their best to take care of you in whatever way you need, answering any questions that you may have. Dr. Liy is fantastic and uses every tool he has to help his patients. He's super kind and patient. The staff are so kind and welcoming.I've needed braces since I was little and due to money wasn't able to get them until now, in my mid 20s. They are taking great care of me and wiped away any nerves I had about this process during my consultation appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Liy and this office to anyone needing treatment.

Great experience from start to *almost finished*!Not only does my daughter get the best treatment… but the staff truly love seeing her come in. She has special needs, and they treat her with the most respect and palpable joy I’ve ever seen. Can’t imagine her going anywhere else! She counts down the days until her next appointment!!

One of my friends recommended Dr. Liy. I’m finishing my Invisalign treatment and I’m really pleased. My treatment has gone smoothly and to my surprise I didn’t need that many trays. They answer all of my questions and are very patient with me. The staff are very polite and professional. My appointments are always on time and I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. The office is really clean (BIG deal to me because I am OCD). Bonus: There is always parking available :) I recommend Dr. Liy, especially for Invisalign treatments.

They Are Really Nice & Professional. But When They Gave Me The Retainer It Was Too Big For My Mouth! Literally When I Opened My Mouth To Talk To Them The Retainer Was So Big That It Fell Down! And They Had The Nerve To Tell Me “My Teeth Will Adjust To Them” And Now Here I Am Back In The Same Situation Having Crooked Teeth! It Was A WASTE Of $4,000.

I saw Dr. Graff for orthodontic work as a teenager. Due to circumstances outside of my control (as a minor), I was often dropped off late for appointments and occasionally would need to reschedule appointments. Dr. Graff took his frustration at this behavior out on me in the form of passive aggression and unprofessional comments. He also coerced me into signing a contract to terminate treatment while my parents were not present. Looking back on this as an adult, I believe this went beyond unprofessional behavior and was actually illegal considering my age at the time. I don't feel it's worth pursuing a suit given the amount of time that has passed, but I am deeply disappointed at the experience I had and felt I should share it now that he is retiring, especially considering the difficulty I have trusting medical professionals now as an adult.Dr. Graff was a deeply flawed person and should not be regarded as a perfect doctor. A reminder to not trust any professional 100% with your children. I have a few other choice words for the office, but Google prohibits the use if profanity in reviews so I'll keep this short.

I was so sad to hear that Dr. Graff had retired. I have been seeing him for years to fix the spacing in my teeth. He had set up a treatment plan that worked for me. When going into the office this week, the new doctor, Dr. Lee said that even though my retainer was fitting perfectly on my teeth that I could not follow Dr. Graff’s original plan and get a new, tighter retainer because that would not fix my spacing. Instead Dr. Lee would rather have me spend an additional couple thousand dollars to put me on a different plan even though I’ve paid thousands of dollars originally when I was seeing Dr. Graff. I no longer recommend this office.

Staff was friendly and patient. They were able to answer all our questions. When we left we were satisfied with the treatment plan and options. This orthodontist office was clean and welcoming. All the staff we encountered had upbeat attitudes and happiness in their voices. Everyone was in a mask 😷 but you could hear the smiles! We look forward to our treatment with you.
