I agree with the poster who said they are not just about making money, they really care about doing what’s right for the patient. The customer service is the best I have received! Literally everyone is so friendly and nice. From the time I initially called and made the appointment, until the time we walked out the door, there was nothing but excellent customer service. That was what really stood out to me. Keep up the great work!

My daughter is a patient and has been for 2 years now. I have watched her confidence grow just from her smile changing, they really did a wonderful job. The staff have always been so wonderful, and any time we were late or had any issues they had no problem adjusting her time to accommodate. Honestly great practice and so happy we chose them.

Loved this place so much I came back to get my teeth fixed after not wearing my retainer as an adult.Picked this place because of how convenient, friendly, and professional this place this. Love Dr. Jenn and the girls! I feel taken care of each time I visit.Highly recommend anyone needing to get their smile perfected to come here.Doctor offers plenty of options for you to choose from for any budget.

This place is awesome! I had a gap between my center teeth that I was very self-conscious about. I was participating in a documentary and wanted the gap closed but I only had just under a month before filming. I had a consult with Michelle and Dr. Jen and she was able to set up a treatment plan to get the gap mostly closed in only three weeks. The results were amazing! I was very pleased! They really cared about my situation and did what they could to help me out even though it was extra work for them. All of the staff is friendly and the place has a great vibe. I would highly recommend them!

I’ll start off by saying that Dr. Jenn is the absolute best. Every visit into the office with her and her team was enjoyable and friendly. I was initially hesitant to getting Invisalign on my teeth and wanted a ‘quick fix’ for my one tooth. Dr. Jenn educated and encouraged me to proceed with the process and I couldn’t be any happier with the results. Not only did it fix my one tooth but gave a better and healthier bite. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Jenn and would highly encourage anyone to go to her for their ortho needs :)

We are very happy with the best treatment by the doctors and staff except for the billing part.I appreciate Dr. Brian Potocki for his confidence on treating my son's teeth, that was the main reason why we continued with the phase 2 treatment in the absence of Dr. Niyati Patel although price is high.The cost for 7 months phase 2 treatment was $3450 which we felt high compared to $2500 for 1year phase 1 treatment.

I went here when I was a kid, I thought the Drs were untrustworthy and condescending. I watched one of the dentists push a kids tongue back with the same tool used to remove the glue on his teeth from the braces. Needless to say the kids tongue started bleeding, but the Dr. just laughed and told him he should have moved his tongue. If you choose to go here, be ready to keep coming back to line the pockets of these guys. They dont want to fix your teeth, they want your money. But hey, at least they have a rewards program...ya know...cause youll be back.

Troy Orthodontist was super helpful throughout the whole process. The staff was extremely kind and caring when it came to explaining what they were doing. They made scheduling appointments very convenient, even for appointments during school days. Thanks to Dr. Patel and her great staff, they were able to leave me with a great smile.

Dr. Patel and her staff are amazing. The level of care is top rate. We felt very informed and educated through out the whole process. My son's braces have been off since Oct. 2017 and his teeth look amazing! We just went to his first post treatment check up and they treated him with the same exceptional level of care. I would definitely recommend this orthodontist!

LOVE the staff and orthodontists at Spillane and Reynolds! You are always greeted with a smile by the front desk , assistants and orthodontists here - that just makes the experience so much better! They always try and accommodate changes in appointments and are flexible when scheduling a last minute appointments ( like a lost retainer or wires in braces that need to be adjusted :))Dr. Niyati is not only amazing but is so personable ! She, along with the assistants, take their time to answer any concerns and questions that you may have. The doctors and assistant work so well as team here - they have great communication amongst themselves and with the families who they service.Awesome and trustworthy place to create amazing smiles !
