Dr. Poland and his staff are kind, responsive and accommodating. Dr. Poland is a truly skilled and knowledgeable professional who performs excellent work- both aesthetically and functionally. He also works very efficiently and collaboratively with my other dental services providers. His staff are meticulous, friendly and respectful. I can’t imagine a better place to experience Orthodontic journey.

The services at Tuckahoe Family Orthodontics are amazing. Their staff, from receptionists to technicians and doctors, is among the best. My son needed to undergo a brain MRI, which necessitated the removal (debonding) and subsequent reattachment (rebonding) of his braces before and after the MRI. This added several hours of work for the orthodontist. Dr. Sam Polan and his team were incredibly supportive, promptly coordinating the necessary appointments and procedures for my son, all free of charge. As a result, my son's MRI procedure went very smoothly, without any adverse impact on his orthodontic progress. I'd like to emphasize the exceptional professionalism displayed at Tuckahoe Family Orthodontics. I am genuinely pleased with how well they took care of my son. Without a doubt, I will enthusiastically recommend Tuckahoe Family Orthodontics to anyone I know.

Such a great experience for getting braces. I just finished my treatment and all of my appointments have been great. The ladies in the office are always a pleasure. I would not go anywhere besides here. Tuckahoe Family Orthodontics is the best dental experience you can possibly have. Dr. Polan walks you through each appointment and ensures you know what you are getting out of each visit. Additionally - he is so gentle when it comes to your teeth, which I happen to find so important. Dr. Polan is very friendly and so good that I’m now taking my son for some work on his teeth (he is 10). Not to mention, the friendly staff is just above the rest. Peter (office manager) greets you with a friendly face each time and is always eager to help. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a new orthodontist. I am currently finishing up my first year with Invisalign and my smile has changed significantly. I am so happy with the results!!!

Dr. Polan and staff did an amazing job with two of my kids (he advised that my 3rd didn't need braces...never expected to hear that from an orthodontist). While my eldest had fairly basic orthodontic needs, my other child had numerous challenges with her teeth and a significant overbite. I appreciated that Dr. Polan took a conservative approach to see which issues would resolve themselves with minimal intervention, saving her a great deal of discomfort and me additional cost. Her teeth now look amazing. Everyone in his office is super helpful and they worked with me to maximize affordability.

My son just got his braces a month go. This was the first place I went to when I started looking for an Orthodontist. As soon as I walked in I got a very good vibe and after interacting with the staff and Dr. Polan I left there knowing that this was where my son would get his braces. I did go to others but didn't get the same feeling. My son even told me that he wanted to go to Dr. Polan. So far so good. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Polan is great, I love how kind, warm and friendly he is. All I know is that I am beyond happy that I chose this place. I highly recommend them.Update: My son just finished his treatment.
