''Literally the best'' as my son would put it, and we all agree. Baum is so well run and effortless it's no wonder everyone gives them 5 stars. It's rare to run across a business that is so professional, caring, and sticks to the plan. Getting braces for your kids is very expensive no matter where you go. But if you want it done right and with patience, Baum is the first place you should consider. The staff is awesome, the place has new and innovative technology to show you the progress, and it's stress free. From the first engagement, to payment plan arrangements, scheduling, and results they have been incredible.2 locations to choose, one in Irvine and the other in Tustin which helps with scheduling.Thank you Dr. Baum and the entire staff, one could only dream of running a business as well as you ALL do. We feel blessed.

My daughter was referred to Baum Orthodontics by our pediatric dentist after her checkup in June of this year and at our first appointment I knew we had come to the right place. The office is really cool and exciting (for both kids and parents) and all the staff is so friendly and helpful. I never had braces as a kid so I had no idea what to expect and my daughter was a little nervous to start 3rd grade with new hardware in her mouth. Dr. Baum and his team made her feel comfortable and every appointment has been so smooth and fast (which is nice for school and work schedules). She got used to her expander pretty quickly and is excited to get her first set of braces next month - at her appointment yesterday she was already planning out the band colors for her brackets :) I'm really glad she is having such a positive experience with something that could be pretty scary or embarrassing - her little sister now hopes she gets to have braces when she's older too!

We've been coming to Dr. Baum for braces for about 7 months now, and our experience has been fabulous. The office is super modern. Our first consultation was easy and they gave us all the necessary info. When we had our first appointment, our daughter got to choose a ton of candy from a candy buffet with tons of gummy candies she wouldn't be able to eat with braces. That experience was super fun. Overall we've had a great experience with Dr. Baum and his entire staff. Anytime we've needed to get in fast to fix a loose brace or wire sticking out, they've been very accommodating and gotten us in super fast. We're very pleased with the progress of our daughter's teeth after only 7 months. We highly recommend Dr. Baum.

Everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best it can be. From reception to when you get your next appointment date, everyone is great. Kim has been helping me since day one and she’s the best. She and Dr. Baum always clearly explain answers to any questions you may have. I’d recommend anyone come here without a doubt. This is the best investment I’ve made and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Kim and Dr. Baum!

We have been coming to see Dr. Baum for years - first with my eldest child, and now for my second child. I am continually amazed at the service and compassion of all the staff. We recently rescheduled an appointment at the last minute due to covid concerns (we have an immuno-compromised family member in our household). I know it was a HUGE inconvenience for them, but the staff was so accommodating and understanding. We love Dr. Baum's office!

Had my first visit at week 5 of my Invisalign. Everyone has been totally supportive and helpful. Dr. Kelly said I was tracking great and moved my tray change up to 7-10 days. She was super helpful in recommending what to use to help my check irritation. All the dental assistants have been so nice. Concerned with the new spaces created by the trays, Windy showed me my Clin Check that showed my treatment plan. A simulated version of tooth movement from tray 1 to 13. She put me at ease, now understanding my teeth have to move apart before they come together. I can’t say enough about Baum Orthodontics, Dr. Baum and the amazing staff!

It has been years ago that my oldest son needed braces. My wife and I did a thorough research on all the available Orthodontists and decided to go with Dr. Baum. When we met Dr. Baum, we instantly formed a bond with him as we find he is very friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and very clear in presenting to us what our son needs and treatment plan. As medical professionals ourselves, we appreciate the time that Dr. Baum took to explain everything to us. The staff there has always been very wonderful and helpful in every way.In time, it was my turn to be the patient and Dr. Baum and staff treated me as anyone else. They always greeted me with my first name as if I was part of their family. In my experience, all the staff are simply wonderful but I want to especially mention of Kim. She is very gentle, knowledgeable and experienced with her work. She always make me feel at ease as she work on my braces. Dr. Baum is great but Kim (and his staff) make Baum Orthodontics awesome.

With our first child going to the orthodontist, we had many questions and my child had concerns with all of the different stages and steps she would have to go through. Dr. Baum and his staff are top notch and made myself and my child at ease throughout the entire process and at each procedure. My child loves it so much she counts down the days to when she is scheduled to go back! How great is that! Everyone there treats you like family and the staff is always helpful and welcoming. If you are in the need for an orthodontist, I would definitely check out Dr. Baum and his state of the art facility!!

This Orthodontics place was amazing! The wait time was very quick, the employees were very kind and supportive, and the prices were extremely low. Had a great appointment getting my braces readjusted with really quick and easy service. The staff has been really kind and helpful, even when I came in nervous for an emergency appointment. Overall, awesome place with good staff and a good vibe.

I can't say enough good things about Baum Ortho. My 3rd child is about to get her braces off and we have had nothing but fantastic experiences here for the last 6 years. The staff are all amazing. They remember my kids and I'm always amazed how they make it a personal experience and chat with them. Dr. Baum is a great orthodonistist, but he is also an amazing person. His manner with patients and parents is so kind and warm. They all put the patients at ease and make the process so positive. Love them!!
