I got my braces about a year ago and my experience with the doctors and staff at Fitsmiles Orthodontics has been great. The doctors are very professional and the staff is friendly and accommodating. When I first considered getting braces, I spoke with Zulema and she took the time to explain the process thoroughly. I was kind of reluctant about getting braces, but listening to her made it easier for me to get braces at last. I have also had good experiences with the dental assistants. On a previous visit I told Cassandra I was feeling a bit nervous as she worked on me, but her skills and personality made me feel at ease. My teeth are looking better by the day, and I would highly recommend Fitsmiles Orthodontics for anyone in need of braces.Manuel

Dr. Youssef has been extremely attentive and professional through out my whole treatment plan. He's been listening to my goals and advising on the best treatment plan to achieve the best smile possible. He's the friendliest doctor I've ever been to and his ultimate goal is to make you walk out happy with an ear-to-ear smile. The staff is incredible and very helpful as well. The office is pristine, organized and spacious. Absolutely the BEST!

Love love love! I am extremely happy with my experience here. I’m soo amazed with my inbrace results. In literally just 2 months, I began to see a big difference in my teeth. I was planning on writing a thorough review after finishing my treatment, but I can’t wait to recommend Dr. Youssef to all of you! HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!! I recommend him to all of you who wants the most professional and knowledgable doctor, the best treatment, best service and a doctor who really cares about you!!!!! He almost brought me to tears a few times after I was treated badly by my former doctor.I discussed my plan with him back and forth 3 times already because I am worried about IPR, midline, bone loss and retraction amount. But he is never ever inpatient!! He listened to my thoughts and understands my fears. He spent hours with me every time we discussed plans, yet he is still super patient! My former doctor wouldn’t spend 15 minutes with me for every follow up visit and he simply gave up on me mid-treatment because he didn’t want to waste his time anymore. That’s the difference between a doctor who cares and who doesn’t.My case is a complicated case, I was given up mid-treatment by a well-known 5 star orthodontist just before I came to Dr. Youssef. Not so many orthodontist accept referred patients ( meaning transferred from another orthodontist) because most likely this patient’s teeth have been made into a half-mess and not easily corrected anymore. They don’t like complication and the possibility of ruining their review and waste their time. So it’s no wonder that I went to 4 other orthodontist and 3 of them turned me away. But Dr. Youssef accepted me happily because he cares and he is confident enough to treat me.So just for the consultation, he spent 3 hrs or so to discuss my case and told me to think about and no pressure on getting treatment from him. This truly blew my mind because all other orthodontists wouldn’t want to spend more than 20 minutes with me. Dr Youssef ran between his patients and me just to give me the perfect plan I wanted. He created every plan with me in his office and made sure I liked that plan.Not only he is an expert in ortho and he is a clinical associate professor at USC orthodontics school. And Dr. Youssef is an affiliate member of the Angle Society of Orthodontists, which is one of the most prestigious societies only accepting from the elite orthodontists. But he is also very thorough. He consulted my case with periodontist and renowned orthodontist professor. I couldn’t imagine an orthodontist would trouble themselves to do so.I am sooo lucky to have him as my doctor!!!!!! I highly recommend him to all of you!

I went to Dr Hany’s place for a massive tooth ache. Turns out my tooth was broken and infected. The team at Fit Smiles took excellent care of me. The x-rayed my mouth. Did a CT scan. Photographed everything. Explained what was going on in extensive detail. Recommended an extraction followed up with an implant later. The entire procedure was utterly painless. Literally ZERO pain. The extraction took about 10 minutes. Even after the anesthesia wore off there is still zero pain. Dr Hany and his entire team are incredibly professional and caring. I would recommend his dental office to anyone looking for a high quality dentist. Great work guys. Keep it up.

About 5 years ago I walked into FitSmile and met Dr. Youssef for a consultation reg. My daughters teeth. I love how he informed us of options and was completely honest with me about her specific need. She was a bit young to start because not all her adult teeth had come in. So he gave us the option of starting knowing that she would need a new set when all her adult teeth came in. Meaning, we would have make 2 purchases. I’m grateful for his honesty, and saving me a great deal. Throughout the years I followed him on Instagram and saw his business grow with new innovative opportunities for ortho. Time came to pass and we fell in love with the InBrace option. Dr. Youssef and his staff have been amazing all the way through. Thank you so much!!

My son and I have been seeing Dr. Youseff for almost a year. Dr. Youseff is an expert and has a gently approach. I have Inbrace and my son has traditional braces. We both love it here and are happy with the process! All staff including Zulema and Cassie at our visits are very welcoming and professional. It’s always great to walk in a friendly office! I recommend Fitsmiles for anyone looking for an overall positive Orthodontics experience!

Been with them for a little over a year and words can’t fathom their customer service. The team and dr. Hany go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and care for all their patients. It has been an honor to work with them and I can officially say that I’m happy with my smile. I’ve had braces 3 times in the past and nothing compares to the confidence I have now. I came here because of a friend's referral but I deeply regret it.Dr Hany Youssef initially is nice, spends his time and promises incredible results in 18 to 24 months with regular metal braces. Long story short, after 24 months my bite was completely open in the back and only my front teeth were touching. After 30 months, he switches my regular braces with Invisalign saying it is better, however I deeply believe he can't finish the case properly due to lack of mastery of his profession. Since Invisalign you rely in the company's specialists to plan your case, he runs for them to try to finish his bad cases. But it does not end here, with Invisalign he has to glue buttons and shave my teeth down to be able to move my teeth. I have had several appointments where he deliberately shaved in between my teeth. I have had 3 sets of refinements for Invisalign and my mouth is far from being done. Also, when he removed my brackets or invisalign buttons, he shaved the front part of my teeth and they became thinner and sensitive to anything cold. It has been more than 36 months now and he is pushing another refinement.Summarizing, DO NOT come here for treatment if you are looking for a good dentist, otherwise you will be stuck in treatment for a really long time and your bite and teeth will not feel right.
