The nurses are gentle & kind , I was due for a wisdom teeth & had a appointment after being in pain for a week, the day had come for the removal & when walked to the operating room , I spoke to the nurse asking a question , Same moment Mr.ali ("Ali Amrollahie DMD MS " -Double BoardCertified Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon) had walked in saying why “I’m I local” which I didn’t understand & asked what it meant , which I was returned with “Im not talking to you “ I simply then asked why he had to speak to me like that , & as the better person he decided to then say “ yeah I won’t be attending you goodbye look somewhere else “ , & that’s my experience , I already filed a BBB(better Business Bureau) complaint since he is main in charged for the wisdom teeth center & is no right to communicate like that not one bit of professionalism In sight , I won’t recommend my own mother or loves in his hands. I was as well denied his bussiness license number# after kindly asking & I can’t believe I was about to let this person & company operate on me . I give this place a 3 Star⭐️ cause other than their boss the staff was nice & spoke to the clientele with ease. I went to western dental (other local center ) & felt at peace knowing I was in good hands just by their communication & care I was given while there.

I am super happy I was referred to come here, I had a great experience having my teeth extracted here. I had 6 teeth pulled out in total 4 wisdom and 2 premolars despite that my face swelled very minimally. I didn’t experience any bruising at all either. During recovery, I didn’t have any pain surprisingly, just a bit of discomfort but they prescribe great pain meds for that. The nurses and doctors were all very sweet here. I believe I had such a great experience getting my teeth extracted because the doctors and nurses are all knowledgeable and skilled which make the process comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming here to get teeth extracted.

I would never go here again! Unprofessional and very immature. I read a review the same as my experience, many reviews. You have to really be careful of what you say to these people because they will definitely deny you service even if you’re in pain. The fat doctor specifically, I was asking him questions about my tooth and his exact response was, 'I’m not your dentist; we just take out teeth. Go back to your dentist.' Even though I’m in pain and I’m asking questions to him because he’s the only dentist there and I had questions following up about my wisdom tooth removal, all he had to say was, 'I don’t know; I’m not your dentist; we just take out teeth.' So I got angry and responded, 'Okay,' in an irritated tone and I left.I needed to get another tooth taken out, so my dentist referred me here again. I called to schedule an appointment; the receptionist was rude, the one with the fake BBL and the messed-up lip injections. I can tell she’s like 40 and doesn’t like her job, and she’s miserable, but she told me that the fat doctor was uncomfortable seeing me due to that occurrence, which was very unprofessional and very immature. It was never that serious, but I guess Humpty Dumpty was in his feelings over that! That’s completely fine if you don’t feel comfortable; I don’t feel comfortable going here while I’m under anesthesia, especially with Humpty Dumpty around.The other dentist was great, and the other receptionist, but Humpty Dumpty and Miss Botched Body need better jobs! Actually, jobs that you like. But I would never go here again; my dentist referred me to a better place! I’m just giving you guys a heads up; watch what you say to these people. The work is great! But Humpty Dumpty and Miss Botched Body make the experience terrible! You’ll know exactly who I am referring to if you go to this place!" And MISS BOTCHED BODY if you’re reading this. get a real career instead of being 40 years old and sitting behind a desk taking calls! How do you have a BBL but you’re only a receptionist at a dental office? Your priorities are obviously not there. If you put that much effort into your career Instead of looks maybe you’ll actually find a job that you like!

Had my wisdom teeth removed, and I had a great experience.The healing period wasn’t too bad, my instructions were easy to follow and the doctor was very informative.Overall would recommend to anyone thinking of the same procedure.

My appointment was at 9:30am, i didn’t even get seen until past 11:00am. Keep in mind i have never been put to sleep or had any surgery like this before so i was really nervous. Waiting so long in the lobby didn’t help. So when i finally got in the back and was ready for the amnesia, my heart rate spiked and was too high to receive the medication. Instead of the doctor trying to calm me down and actually help he decided to say things like “are we going to do this or not”, “i can’t even start until your heart rate goes down” , then proceeded to say just take my refund and don’t bother rescheduling. He also said i was holding him up which is laughable because i waited over an hour and a half in the lobby and an extra 10 minutes in the back room. He is rude and inconsiderate, safe to say i will take my business elsewhere. If i could give this a 0 Star rating i would. I am referring to Doctor Ali

Really kind workers, had to get my wisdom teeth removed. Teeth were growing all funky and had one tooth sitting between nerves, terrified of the potential pain, loss of nerves, and recovery time. However the recovery was really great, the pain was tolerable, little to none, no nerve damage, and no other issues in the long run. Really appreciate the service and expertise and very glad to have the best outcome for something so complex.

The staff at OMS from my first visit was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. During the process every staff member was kind, friendly and most of all very professional. It literally took 5 minutes to remove all four of my wisdom teeth. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend if you need any oral surgery done please contact OMS.

I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone, especially pregnant women. I came in 6 months pregnant with horrible wisdom teeth pain. Dr. Ali took care of me so well, made sure I received the proper treatment and care as a pregnant patient. I had two of my wisdom teeth extracted, the extraction took less than 5 minutes. He was very professional, along with his amazing staff. Eternally grateful for seeing me and having no more pain.

I recently had a tooth extraction last week and cannot begin to explain how comfortable doctor A made me feel as I was extremely nervous going into the procedure, the healing process has been a very smooth recovery all thanks to the help and care from the good people at oms! the lovely ladies at the front desk and nurses could not be more welcoming and sweet, so if your in search of a good oral surgeon facility, you don’t need to look any further!!
