Had my daughters get braces here. The work was well done, however required constant follow ups.The problem is the service with these follow ups. We showed up 15 minutes late driving 2.5 hours from Dallas for an appointment and made us wait 6 additional hours to see my daughters. We’ve spent a very considerable amount of money here, and for them to not be understanding of a minor tardiness is unacceptable.

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like ROYALTY! Though it was my first visit, everyone already knew my name. The x-ray tech was efficient with her tasks & very knowledgeable. Lorie the assistant was warm, super friendly, took time to listen carefully to my goals, and carefully explained what to expect from my visit. Dr. David wasted no time in assessing my condition and recommending proper treatment. I've never felt so assured about a medical decision and I have the entire Wilkinson team to thank for my peace of mind. HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Wilkinson and his office staff are amazing and friendly. My son started during covid and was 12 and comfortable enough with this office staff to go in by himself and made me feel good knowing that he was okay with no parent there. They communicate and keep you up to date. The go above and beyond. They get you in timely. We have one month left and our journey over the last 2 years will come to end. Happy Bracing and my son's teeth look great! 😁

I waited so long to get braces and after being referred to Wilkinson Orthodontics I wish I had not waited so long. They have been great and have made the process so comfortable and easy. I love Dr Wilkinson and his staff. If you need your teeth corrected don’t wait to go see him and get started. You won’t regret it but you will regret waiting so long to go if you keep putting it off.

From the first phone call I knew this would be the orthodontist office I would choose.. The employees are so kind and respectful.. Raven took care of my children as if they was her own!!! Dr.Wilkinson made sure everything was explained to the way I could understand it and took his time and broke everything down.. I started Invisalign today and I’m already excited about going back to see Dr. Wilkinson and all the awesome ladies in the office. Everything from the prior scans and pictures to the delivery today has been an easy and super friendly experience. Dr. Wilkinson is patient and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Dr. Wilkinson and his whole team are incredible. The staff is super friendly and gets to know their patients on a personal level. Everyone at the office is always smiling and friendly. His wife is very sweet too and helped answer questions I had about braces. They all communicate well with providers outside of their office (in my case my regular dentist at Copeland Creek and OMFS with Southern Surgical Arts). They're all just so sweet and the positive atmosphere makes all the difference.

Everybody is nice and helpful, but I have bad communication with them twice. When the virus hit they neglected to let me know they canceled my granddaughter’s appointment. I have to drive 45 min to get there and the place was closed. Today I took her and they said she didn’t have an appointment and they didn’t have her scheduled for any. She has braces. The next appointment is always scheduled when she is there. I am thankful they took her anyway. Seems like communication needs to be worked on.

Everyone seems to enjoy working there. This is evident in the way they treat those who come in for services. The doctor is very conscientious about cost- time- and the health of the individual. He spends quite a bit of time going over the plan himself instead of leaving it to an assistant. We highly recommend this office to anyone needing braces !!
