I didn’t think my smile could look like this!I was recommended to Urban Orthodontics by my dentist.I began treatment because my front right tooth was pressing on my lower teeth, causing pain and shifting. After a consultation, I learned that my bite was off as well.Dr. Chelian and his staff are unparalleled. Though their office is always full, they are a well oiled machine. The staff is always kind, gentle and accommodating to your needs.Dr. Chelian takes a keen interest in each patient, always taking a moment to check-in and chat.I highly recommend Urban Orthodontics, and will miss going there, now that my treatment is over.

Let’s start with…. WHERE HAS THIS PLACE BEEN!!! Nothing but excellent communication From the first phone call to the day of my son's appointment. Any questions I had, I was able to text the office and received a response promptly. When you walk in, you are greeted by their friendly receptionist. I should’ve gotten her name. Our appt was at 10 am; we walked in at 9:56 and were called to the back within 5 minutes. It is spotless. I love the atmosphere. All the staff were friendly (because I watched every interaction they had with other patients ), even when they interacted with each other. The doctor is AMAZING!! A caring, knowledgeable patient, he answered all my concerns and looked at my teeth with no problem. Pricing….. AFFORABLE!! As a single mother with insurance (not government), I can still afford it! I would give this place 1000/10. We walked in as new customers, and we signed our agreement the same day. Thank you so much. I can't wait to start this journey.

This has been a journey for me because I have 2 things to say. I had a tooth inside my gum when I took my x-ray so I had to go to the dentist to get it removed and after it got removed I felt a lot of pain. Second I had a cavity on my UL5 and it was a huge one. I had it for weeks and I didn’t know until it started bothering. I had to go through the root canal procedure and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I’m glad I came to this orthodontist because if it wasn’t for them, I would’ve looked ugly with my crooked teeth. That’s my experience.

My son's journey began in June 28, 2021 with braces. Today, August 30, 2023 it finished with spring Hawley retainers. As soon as we stepped into Dr. Giri Chelian's office, we knew we had found the right place and we were in good hands. The staff is so knowledgeable but also so fun. They provide incentives for good grades and wearing company shirt. My son managed to get prizes. They offered payment plans. We are so grateful for the help and support of the staff. Perfect experience lovely staff. Love how everything is soo quick and clean. Everyone in the office is so welcoming. I love it already recommended to two friends and my sister. The best decision i have made in choosing the perfect Smile. I am a current patient with the Invisalign treatment and everything was pain free. Dr. Chelian and Margui are very, very amiable and I had a great time. They gave me options and helped me decide the best possible idea for my plan. I chose braces, I am now wearing retainers, and I had a really great experience.Dr. Chelian is very patient with me and always answers any questions I have. He is very easy going and also very funny. He really cares about his patients and always makes time to chat with them, catch up, and see how they are doing since their last visit. The staff is also very friendly and always helps me out whenever I call to ask questions.Even though my commute wasn’t the best, I am happy to have gotten my orthodontic treatment here and I will miss Dr. Chelian and his staff. If you are local to Urban Orthodontics or not, I assure you that he is an excellent orthodontist and you will feel welcomed and taken care of. 11/10.I also want to give a shout out to all of Dr. Chelian’s assistants, especially Jose who is always calm, cool, and collected whenever I had to come in to fix a wire or a retainer. I don’t normally right reviews but I had to for this one. Urban Orthodontics has made our life easier lol, worried about how my sons teeth were going to grow the way they were supposed to was nerve racking! UO shut those worries down and handled their business and my son has never complained he actually likes going to his appointments lol. My wife and I really do appreciate everyone at Urban Orthodontic. Thank You!
