Creekside Orthodontics

My first experience at Creekside Orthodontics provided exceptional services during my first visit. In fact, the dental and customer services were beyond my expectations. The manner of explaining the services and gathering personal information prior to getting into the dental chair was good for a first time client in for consultation. Then the examination was carefully planned and performed with the most update information and technology (skeletal images). If, I do return for any future procedures and followups, I would surely have the confidence of this orthodontist that the opportunity was provided for me to learn of the non-surgical services for perserving my dental health.

Dr. Anderson and his entire staff are the best if the best! We've had two family members go through treatment with Creekside Orthodontics so far and both experiences have been wonderful. They explain everything in great detail, walked us through each phase step by step, offered very convenient payment options and best of all, weren't overly aggressive with the plan for my 9 year olds treatment. They truly are top notch!

Dr. Anderson, and his whole team, go above and beyond. Both my daughter and myself have been receiving ortho services there for over a year now and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Not only are we warmly welcomed the second we step inside, but we are seen by providers promptly, always provided an explanation of services, and have had exceptional results so far. We look forward to every visit.

On my first complimentary consultation x-rays and dental scans were taken and were explained in detail by Dr. Anderson .I felt that my first visit with Dr. Anderson was extremely positive and I was given expensive information in order to make a wise decision about my dental needs.I was very please with their customer service from his staff. They were very courtesy and made my visit enjoyable. Dr. Anderson's staff were very knowledgeable.I left the visit feeling confident that I would receive the best care.Any questions that I had after my visit were answered by his staff in a timely manner.

My Creekside experience has been outstanding. I have been attempting to get started with Invisiline and they have made the process very streamlined. At the first appointment they promptly took my scans and went over everything within about 30-40 minutes. There was no waiting! They were kind and very thorough.Though it looks like my situation may require me to start at a later date and in another city, Cassy was excellent in communicating options for me and finding answers on the spot, which took coordination with multiple employees and Dr. Anderson.Creekside Ortho seems very organized and customer focused. I would highly recommend them for your needs!

Very clean and organized office! The ladies up front are very sweet ecspecially shawna I believe was her name. They are very informative and make sure you are happy! The dr is very sweet and makes sure he understands exactly what you want and that your comfortable with everything! They are always smiling and have big hearts! Awesome experience

I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Crawford as my orthodontist for over 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are a family owned and operated company and treat you as though you are apart of their family. The entire staff is so welcoming and true professionals. I just completed Invisalign and could not be happier with my results. Any questions or concerns I had were thoroughly answered, problems address and corrected in a timely manner, and scheduling was always a breeze! Not the most inexpensive orthodontist in town but you get what you pay for and Crawford Orthodontics is well worth it.

if I go to an appt. and I'm not feeling so hot. By the time I leave I am feeling much better. The staff always has a smile to share, they make you feel like they really care about you and you are not just a number. I am so happy I found Dr. Anderson and his office. With him and his team, I feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Pain all but gone and a real smile on my face!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Portalupi and all of the staff are wonderful! My daughter was SO afraid of going into a dentist's office, she would sweat, feel sick and cry on the way in, after becoming a patient at Creekside, she is no longer afraid and enjoys going to see them. Her teeth look beautiful! I would highly recommend Creekside Orthodontics, their customer service, knowledge, dedication is beyond measure.
