This office, is completely disappointing!I’ve had my appointment 3/13 at 4:20 I’m in the medical field so I wasn’t able to leave too early as I had patients.I called front office staff and they weren’t able to accommodate me as I did call that I was running approximately 15 mins behind schedule.Staff did not go above and beyond to reach out to office lead or provider to see if I would still be able to be seenI definitely haven’t had the time to review the office for my last couple visits, as I believe there was new orthos or assistants and they would take approximately an hour and half to change color, no adjustments and I haven’t complained.Monroe Office

They are truly spectacular, attentive, professional and with the best service.They are really 10/10.

This place is amazing.When you walk in, the girls are all smiles and welcoming.I think what I like most is how they explain every single thing to you, and if you don't understand, they will show you and explain again so you don't leave confused. They are very patient and understanding.My 8 year old got the phase one braces, and they did a great job. The girl talked to my daughter through each step, and always made sure she was comfortable.We've been there twice now, and they these women really know their stuff. I definitely recommend Vail Orthodontics for Braces.

I called Vail Orthodontics to have my daughter seen and was very impressed with how professional they are. We got a fairly quick appointment and am extremely pleased with their service. Our appointment was at 10:30 and they said it would be about a 40 minute appointment. Went right in at 10:30 and was done almost 40 minutes on the nose. Now just waiting for insurance to ok work and then I’m sure my daughter will have nice straight teeth 😁Thank you !!!!!!Vail Orthodontics

UPDATE: DO NOT RECOMMEND.We STILL have problems here. It’s has gotten worse since the sale of the practice. They can’t get their messaging correct and don’t care that THEY are wrong.DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have had such a better experience with my 3rd child at Bracesetters. Go there.I like this office location— it’s convient when open, but if you can’t see the orthodontist in an ‘emergency’ (he’s only in the office a few days a week), then it can set your treatment back weeks. I mean, things break. That’s this industry, but waiting 4+ days and then your teeth shift—that’s annoying. I wish I knew/asked about ‘after hours’ or working schedules before I chose an orthodontist. For phase II we will probably go somewhere else where we can access a doctor/practice m-f to eliminate that.

I’m not convinced at all with this practice. Every time I bring my daughter she is seen by a different orthodontist. And one says she looks good, takes off the rubber bands, the next time the other says her bite is off, changes the treatment plan, and it’s constantly this way. I am very old fashioned, I like the consistency of the same doctor with one end goal and seeing it through. I am very disheartened that we have to see whoever is in the office at the time and not have a consistent doctor and go to person who will see the treatment from start to finish.

**Update: I personally spoke to Dr. Pai and I was very pleased with how he handled the situation I had with the office. I appreciate how quickly he responded and the efforts to rectify the situation very professionally.**My kids were patients of Dr. Emanuele. When Dr. Emanuele retired and sold his business to Vail Orthodontics, we were automatically transitioned over to them. I can say that the office atmosphere changed and it became very impersonal. I would not recommend them.

Vail orthodontics is very disappointing. I started with Dr. Emmanuel and have 3 children wearing braces over about 8 years, this week my second child had braces removed. After almost $7000, and many years devoted to braces, the day they take off his braces, they tell you they only give you 1 pair of retainers, unapologetically repeating, they are only giving you ONE set of retainers for your entire life as they say, while trying to sell you another $700 for retainers, shamelessly only giving one set for your entire lifetime for wearing and maintaining the investment, seems tacky cheap and unprofessional. My recommendation, find a more honest practice that has patients best interests as their priority, this practice clearly does not have that kind of integrity.

I could not be happier with the service I received at Vail Orthodontics. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite, and they made my decision to get invisalign aligners as painless as possible. I'm 33 years old and was looking to fix my smile for my upcoming wedding. Denise was especially helpful in explaining my different options, doing various scans to make sure my aligners would fit properly and seeing me through my first appointment to have my invisalign fitted. I'm glad I choose Vail Orthodontics, they truly are the best in the business.
